I am a traveling performer and had one morning in New York to get a ring done for my girlfriend, now fiancé! I walked passed Iannelli and got great vibes. I walked inside and met Mario and immediately felt like I was in good hands. They executed the design perfectly! These guys have so much integrity and are really kind to work with. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Iannelli Diamonds....5 star service and 5 star Diamond quality for sure. Bought my wedding band with Ianelli in 2020. Over two years later one of the diamonds fell out. They fixed it, no questions asked. Best customer service I have experienced from a jewelry store. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Louis

Old time customer 1983:there like family to me the service is the best. There Honestly is just fine. They work with you. My rings are from there also my daughters egament ring also. Bought a couple walking looking for egament ring. Total strangers. About my. Personal jewlery “ went there got the ring. One year later in the store. You may hear a lot of stories about going to the diamond district in NY...Well this was a great one! From the moment I walked in Joe was nothing short of a true professional. Even though I did some solid research on the 4 C's of diamonds and was pretty confident in what I wanted, it is still overwhelming knowing this is a huge once in a lifetime decision. Joe instantly made me feel very comfortable with zero pressure, and to top that he handed me a loupe, showing me how to use it and what to look for before we got into any diamond discussion.
