Love this place! It's a "must-do" when in NYC...great selection of curated items, the sales staff is the best!

I went there yesterday for the first time with a girlfriend and had an amazing experience. The selection of pieces was amazing and the staff, especially Squirrel, were so welcoming, friendly and kind. We stayed another 40 minutes just chatting with the staff. I can’t understand the experiences others have alleged to have had there in other reviews. I will be returning and looking forward to it. Thank you for a wonderful time, Squirrel!

The most embarrassing worse experience in my life I want to cry....I went with my two children, 25 yr old daughter, and 2 year old son. I asked for logo Chanel accessories for my daughter. On my life I felt right away i was not wanted. But I hate when people walk around with a heavy complex that the world is against them so I kept a positive attitude and ignored it.I asked for a price on a white Prada shirt, she took it out my hand and said it hasn't been priced yet. But it should be 3 something, I said ok, my daughter was interested in some jeans she wanted to try on. My toddler starts going crazy while I already gave him my phone. You asked "why did I go in with my toddler", it's because my daughter always ask for my opinion on what she should buy. I'm frustrated because I felt the vibe of not being wanted in the store. My toddler pulled on my hand bag strap which he could of broke because he has in the past. I hit him out of frustration and trying to control him. How I parent after I carried him and gave birth to him under the law is my business. If it made her uncomfortable and as she said she's a mother too she could of tried to talk to him. Sometimes talking to stranger calms a toddler down. I've been a business owner and successful entrepreneur and I would definitely make my customer, who may look like she needed help some good vibes. One owner or asked if I needed help out the store, my daughter is in the fitting room at the time. I said oh no thank you because my toddler was no longer screaming and I knew my daughter would ask for my opinion. He starts to scream again and she says my customers are walking out, get out! By the way, they were done shopping unless she's going to say her friend is a customer. I knew my gut feeling was right. Outside the other owner or friend is trying to calm her down and I begin to talk to her. " I said imagine how I feel and what I go through, but I knew you didn't want me there the moment I came in" It took all the peace in me not to smack the living shit out of her. Now the block is looking at her reprimand me at my grown age with two kids. So I said you don't know if he's even special needs and you're being so rude about it. If he was and I hit it then that's on me. Guess that's something my doctor and I should work on. I called my daughter outside and asked her not to buy anything. She talking about me inside saying I need therapy as she doesn't either. You know what I'll do the therapy with her, if she decides to go as well and we have at least one group session. Now a lady says to me from her car, I live upstairs and don't quote me because I was so hurt I can't remember word for word what she said. Basically she was saying she's crazy and she can't even put out her trash etc.Owning a store is nothing! It's obtainable and I've actually done that in Brooklyn, moved to LA and now back in jersey.I've never been arrested or have any criminal record so I kept my hands to myself. I will go nowhere near this store and don't suggest you do too. She acted as if I walked into a bar with a child. And this is not an upscale store, vintage or in season. I'm disgusted and hate to be "one of those people" I feel discriminated against, I have no energy to open a lawsuit for it and I believe in karma. She maybe mentally ill or truly unhappy so I'm going to send my blessings and not even bother. The pieces were not great anyway. So many new consignment shops that have WAY better pieces and customer service. Since being back in NY for a month I've haven't experienced this. I should of stayed in my lane and not walked into her thrift shop. I feel this her pieces may not be authentic based on Chanel huge CC necklace my friend bought years ago and she always seem to have it unless it was a different owner then . Hate how she made me feel. Like I told her and willSay again, God bless her.

Went to the Union Sq location for 10yrs but w its closure went to Soho. NEVER going back: meh selection (generally out of style, light colors have make up stain on them) and HORRIBLE staff. The older white women here are very haughty. I was using the dressing room offered by a younger lady and an older staff tried to kick me out by just taking out my selection. Listen, it’s fine to hurry me along but communication would have been mature. Just a little “Are you done?” Then she started talking about how women don’t “just go in and out” with another staff… I can hear you… Jesus Christ, I almost walked out then and there but swallowed my self respect in case there’s a jewel missing. NOPE. No diamond in the rough here. Don’t waste your time.

Can I give zero stars?? HORRIBLE staff. Doesn't do the bare minimum simple communication with customers, talked "behind" our backs (it was more like in front of us), and the merchandise here is NOT worth the experience. Nothing special here - no "hidden gem" finds - the cool stuff that would have been in INA's scope have moved online. Don't ruin your good shopping mood by interacting with someone here.

Wow, what a terrible experience. I purchased a bag (that was a few hundred dollars) and asked a few questions about the type of material and stain removal. The older lady apparently named SQUIRRELY (not sure how that's her name), told me to stop looking the bag up on line and to go buy a new one if I wanted to know more information. She kept asking me to move out of her way every time I touched anything as well. She's also incredibly racist- telling other girls in the store that look like me that half the selection they picked wouldn't look good on them. Do not go here if you want to feel good about your purchases. It's also overpriced.

Incredibly rude staff. They snatch items right off your hands, constantly bump and cut in front of you to put items back while you try to browse instead of waiting. Mirrors are quite dirty. Cramped small space with no customer limit. A lot of pieces with stains and massive pilling issues that could easily be resolved by spot using oxyclean and a fabric shaver. More of an overpriced thrift store than a consignment shop. The workers make unpleasant comments and they do not honor their sale prices. Left without buying what I wanted out of principle. If you want to treat people poorly then I’d rather not shop here.

Went there over the weekend and loved the selection! Great store for designers clothes at a great price. The ladies working there were very helpful. Will definitely recommend it and go back whenever I can!

Their designer shoe, coat, and handbag selection is well worth the visit. Prices are fairly reasonable and condition of merchandise is far superior to TRR.

Ina Men: A fantastic store, and such a knowledgeable, cool and fun staff. I do a lot of consignment with them and every time they are just lovely, friendly and nice as well as fun to talk to. Great place to drop off designer clothes.

Echoing the sentiment of past reviewers, the staff here is extremely rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend coming here. I brought my aunt who was visiting and she made the mistake of calling the shop a “thrift store” as we walked in. The employees proceeded to project repeated passive aggressive side comments to each other about my aunt using the word “thrift” the entirety of our time there. It made for a very unpleasant and uncomfortable shopping experience. For those looking for better selection, better prices, and kinder staff I recommend checking out Seven Wonders or Arcade in BK
