The IRS is the biggest scam in this country. They want their money but you never can speak to an actually human being. They’re trash.

the irs which is as useful as a 3 dollar bill is a federal goverment agency that is famous for making the lives of working middle class folks a living hell. why in gods name is the irs still around is one of the great mysterys of all time. in 2008 while being a young sucessful business man i was randomly auditted by the lovely irs for reasons never explained before and after all while causing me endless stressful sleepless nights till it was all over. i had my wonderful bright smart handsome intelligence minded accountant (me) do a inside and out of all my financial records and everything was correct and accurate. too make a long story short and to the point , the irs actually had to cut me a check as the goverment owed me almost 5500 bucks which was not expected but taken with joy by me. in my opinion the irs is just like a silician money collector, causing you pain physically and mentally for your hard earn dollars.

No more visits to the IRS office if I can help it!Yes folks it's the time of year when I face a lot of anxiety about my income tax. I started on Monday of this week gathering the forms for my tax. I've decided this is the year I'm going to do my tax forms and then enter the forms online. My daughter said she would help me. I decided to begin the process by setting up an IRS account online. I have the online account for New York State Tax Department and it has been very convenient. It was also easy to set up. I was already expecting different from the IRS. It took me over an hour. I had proof of identification ready and even took photos of everything thinking I could upload them. No way. First you add username and password to set up your account. Next you are directed to a second website called ID.Me to add your identification. You must scan the front and back of a photo identification. I decided on the driver's license. Then the website takes the selfie photo of you. My problem was figuring out how to turn on the camera! I realized I couldn't do this on my old MacBook so I proceeded to use my iPhone. They kept messaging me two party authentication texts so I entered through one of their text messages. It was so confusing and time consuming! After my facial scan a screen said I was successful. At that point I was on the ID.Me website signed in. I went back directly into IRS and did the same original login and low and behold there was my tax information. It is such a basic information website without information available about filing online. It's going to be interesting AND nerve wracking when I complete online taxes for the first time. My daughter insists that she had a very good experience and is glad she is using the online services. She used H&R Block though and has not set up an IRS account. She also doesn't have a Social Security Recipient Computation Worksheet to fill out. Just her salary and that's all. I'm sorry if this is a boring review. I'm trying to share what I learned. As much effort as I put in for IRS I deserve a review out of it! You will get an updated review after I complete my taxes. For now I'm giving them two stars.

Horrible. I have been waiting for my refunds and never received any of them. If I don't get my refunds, I am not going to file for taxes.

One of your employees Jordan pierce is being taken to court for stolen property as well as showering naked with my 6 year old daughter, which is DISGUSTING. If he gets to keep his job after this, I'm going to the news

Even if you hand them the documents by hand, they will still lose them. I don't understand why a bunch of application procedures have to be done in-person, it's as inefficient as the third world.

Such a bad treatment by their employers. I really felt discriminated with her attitude and lack of help. Very mean and unnecessary attitude

They are true to the appointment time I was called before I can fill out the application.

The IRS will take away your 2021 stimulus attached to your 2022 refund. When this happened I called this number 1800-829-0582 as instructed to speak with a representative, I waited over a hour and stuck listening to elevator music. They like to take money away from hard paying tax payers, but those who do not pay their taxes get their stimulus checks. Now let me tell the IRS something, in the Bible it says those from with hold from you, they get with held as well. So now, I'm not filing my taxes for 2022. As long you want to withhold from me and take away my stimulus check,.I'm taking the taxes from the IRS and not filing for 2022. Now, this could have been avoided if a representative did pick up a phone with.that number was dialed when I entered the ext. Number. Enjoy this review.

After visiting this location twice and being met with typical emotionless government office employees, it was a pleasure to meet with Mr. Trezon. If only more of the staff dealt with taxpayers as he does.Thank you Mr. Trezon!
