I've been here twice. Very different experiences each time. The first night was fine. Room was quiet, I slept okay, which is about as well as I ever sleep. The tech was fantastic, so that really helped. I didn't love sharing a bathroom with the other patients and having to walk out in the hall with all the electrodes to get there. The second time my room faced the street and it was awful. I could hear everything outside all night. No sleep at all, so I have no idea why their sensors thought I had any. Same tech though, and again, he made it acceptable because he is awesome.I have very mixed feelings about this facility. The high mark is mostly because both the tech and the other people I've dealt with have been nothing but kind and competent and accommodating, even though the place itself could definitely use some improvement.

The only good part of this process was the person who gave me my sleep equipment and explained the process to me. He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything else was horrible. TL;DR - they said they took my insurance and I wouldn't have to pay put of pocket. They never gave me my results, and a year later they sent me a bill for almost $500. Full story - In January 2023, I called iSleep Metro Sleep Medicine PC to inquire about the at home sleep study and if it was fully covered by insurance. I gave them my insurance information and they told me it was completely covered and that I would not have to pay out of pocket for anything. A few days later, I get to the office, which was not clean and disorganized. The receptionist had someone on speaker phone, responded rudely to them, and then hung up on them. The receptionist and another person then began trash talking whoever was on the phone. From their conversation, it seemed like the person on the phone was a customer. As per their instructions, I did the sleep study that night and returned it the following day. They said they would send my results to my doctor's office within one week. Two weeks later, I call my doctor's office and they said they didn't receive the results. I call iSleep and they said they will fax the results to my doctor's office. One week later, my doctor's office said they didn't receive the results so I call again and request the results to be sent over. They said they would fax the results to the doctor's office. One week after that, my doctor's office said they still didn't receive the results. I call iSleep again and request that they send me the results. They stated they can only send it to me through the mail, so I give them my address and request they send my results through the mail. One week later, I call them again to request the results again since I still didn't receive the results. The number on their website is no longer valid, so the call couldn't be completed. I try to call again a few days later and the number is still not valid. I look on Yelp and other websites to find another number. I was able to find another phone number, which was valid and went through. I asked them to send me my test results. They said they had no record of my results or me taking the test. On January 16, 2024, more than one full year after this all started, I receive a bill in the mail for almost $500 dollars. To this day, I have not received the results. My doctor's office still hasn't received the results.

Me and my son went there on a Saturday night . The greeter brought us to a room quickly, it was very clean (nice smell of bathroom soap as well), crisp smell (no irritating aromas) and comfy. There was a t.v. that was optional to watch along with some bar snacks. The temperature was a bit warm for my son (I like it like that but he likes it kind of cold) but I was able to change the temperature in the room. The technician was very patient and gentle and waited for my son to go to sleep to put on those cord and patches on his head (which i appreciated them waiting till he was asleep). The night was very quiet. I was up all night (mommy instincts). The technician came in every 2 hours to adjust some finger device that kept coming off my son.The only thing I wish was that they had some sort of cord to lightly hold all those cords instead of it twirling every where as he moved through the night. I also wish that they would allow for longer sleep due to them closing at 6am, they wake you up at 5am. My son woke up energized though!Ooh and one last thing I wish they served light to go breakfast (not bars), which would have been nice!

Had us come for sleep stay by 8:30pm with a rule that if we cancelled or didn't make the appointment we would be billed / charge $150, well we sat in the lobby waiting for 40 minutes for someone to open up the office so we can can signed in and get hooked up with all the wires and sensors. Now Going on 3 weeks and haven't heard from them, I called and they are still waiting for the results. I had to call them 3 time to finally receive the results. My primary doctor didn't receive them either. They kept calling me to take part 2 of the text. They want me to sleep there again to see if I can tolerate sleeping with a machine. I keep telling them that I've slept with a machine for 20 years I really think I can tolerate it. She started yelling at me and I hung up on her.

Let me start with the good. The person who provides you with paperwork was very kind and sweet. He should be the one to conduct the sleep study. The technician conducting the study should be fired. I am a Christian and I wear certain attire, he assumed that I thought I was in a fiver star hotel. Then he kept saying that is why we pay him. Like, why is that important and who cares about him getting paid??? He is very rude, a brute, and very disrespectful. He kept pressing really hard on my head that the pain was felt a week after the study. I began to get headaches and felt dizzy more than usual. He should be fired. He kept telling me to take a bath and the one who stunk was him. Gross. I don't need a simple technician with a rat infested business location to tell me repeatedly to take a bath. It's unprofessional. When I asked if I could watch TV, he said, "This is not a hotel, you know, it's a sleep study. I can turn it on but it has to be silent." Why would it be silent when I am not asleep? I found him to be very insulting and rude! I'll never go back there. There is no excuse for rudeness. Disgusted.

I had an appointment here for a sleep study. Very strange experience.1) Staff ConfusionI walk in and announce myself to the two staff members. They look at each other confused and ask me “wait… that’s you?.. then whose that?” And point to the back where the rooms are. 5-7 minutes later, someone is getting kicked out.2) Reference Attached Pictures - Open Room.I was put in a room and was there until 10:30pm. Unattended. I had no idea what was going on. I was always there for ~2 hrs right after all this confusion. I decided to see what all the doors were about where I was. One of the doors led to access to the rear of the building and outside. I tested the lock but it only twisted the dial, however, there was no resistance, no feeling of anything mechanically happening. I didn’t like that at all.3) Using Camera Pre - Test is Weird. This is an assumption. Once I decided to leave and started to change back into my regular clothes is when one of the staff finally came. Like I said, I’ve been waiting for some time by that time. Coincidence? It leads me to believe that they were watching me the whole time. We’re they watching me change? Do they do that to the women who go, too?All in all. Strange experience. I had the creeps. I got up and left. I took my consent forms with me.I

I read the reviews upon arrival and was pretty creeped out but stillShowed up. I was surprised to see that it looked nothing like the review pics showed . The one staff member was professional and the stay was as expected. The tech does just open the door so don’t expect privacy. Mattress was a little worn out and can be flipped or upgraded but all went well .

Unprofessional staff. You sit there for long and they do not care if have a life or have to work. Staff be taking on their personal phones for long while on duty. Or be chatting very loud. Do not recommend.

I had to pick up my sleeping monitor yesterday and bring it back today. I had to deal with different people on both days. They were helpful and courteous.I hate any medical related situations, but they had a sense of humor and made an uncomfortable situation just fine.I don't know what's up with all the hater reviews. They let me use the restroom, so I got to check out the operation. Their sleeping rooms looked pretty nice. Most rooms were bigger than my bedroom. The bathroom was clean and modern looking.I hope I don't have to go back, but if I do, I know I will be comfortable.

The worst place and the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in my life. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE, DO NOT GO THERE! they are very unprofessional. I had a sleep study done May 13th and now my surgery is being pushed back because they never follow-up. Instead I had to keep calling them. Someone by the name Jaquie or Jacqueline says she will follow up and call you back, but she never does. According to them there was a technical problem with the study, they told me to calm the number in the box of thr machine which I did. I was told that there wasn't enough hours recorded. Then I called i sleep and someone from there told me that there was more than 6 hours recoreded and they will send the report to the doctor, but to my surprise they never sent the report, nor they contacted me to inform me that amd now my surgery is being pushed back. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
