It was easy to make an appointment. Simple to drop off. Everyone was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. The job was done quickly and very successfully. This is the only way I’m going to want to repair my Apple products in the future.

My experience at iStore was amazing. Adrian the rep who helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced the battery in my computer so quickly and I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. I highly recommend them for any Apple equipment issues.

Came in a couple days ago for a quick repair, and still appalled by the costumer service. Alyssa and another guy, I unfortunately forgot his name were both attentive about my concerns while also being transparent on next steps. I appreciate the quick turnaround time and will be returning for future tech repairs.

I base a large part of my personality these days on walking around the mean streets of New York City with a caseless iphone. I will even go into a full spiel about how Steve Jobs fastidiously and relentlessly designed the iPhone to fit perfectly into the human hand, so who am I to betray this. I respect the innovative minds that push our species forward. He is probably rolling in his grave at all of you plebeians walking around with a condom on your phones. Also why does no one use the word "fastidiously" anymore?All this to say, I cracked the back of my phone the other day and had to make an appointment through Apple to get it fixed, and they sent me here. It was a short walk from my office, so Rhiannon if you're reading this I promise I went on my lunch break.After the short jaunt, I arrived at 36 W 36th. Sweet address right? There is a sign outside for the store that indicates it's on the 4th floor, which is a very nice touch. I took the elevator up, and the doors open right into the iStore with a big lit up sign in your face that says "iStore." "I think I am in the right place" the hero mumbled to himself...My boy Adrian at the desk took a quick look at the phone, and when he checked and saw I had no apple care he said it would be around $550 to repair. Before I could get a word out he says "yeah you should honestly just put that money to a new phone." SOME PEOPLE STILL LOOK OUT FOR CUSTOMERS THANK YOU ADRIAN!IG @jnov_Tiktok @jnov__

The guy at the front explained everything to me, in a simple and easy way for me to understand the process of getting data recovery from an old iphone 8. They also provide other services for Apple related products, and gave recommendations for other accessories.

STAY AWAY. Go to the Apple Store. These guys are incompetent, and probably dishonest too.I took my mid-2015 MacBook Pro in because it wasn't charging - using a charger and cable that worked fine on another MacBook Pro. I had read that my particular model had an issue with a chip that communicates with the charging port, and that it could be replaced, and I told them that.They took it in to perform diagnostics, for a $119 fee that would be applied to any repair. A few days later, they came back with an estimate for $1,200, saying that the main board had failed and needed to be replaced. I asked some questions, and the answers were not answers to my question but rather reasons why they could not answer. It all seemed suspect, so I took it back and ate the $119.I looked the laptop over, and it didn’t seem like they'd even opened it up. I've replaced RAM, hard drives and peripherals in laptops, and usually when you open a macbook that hasn't been opened before, you can see it on the screws and openings. I could be wrong, but I think this looks like a macbook that has never been opened.I took it to the Apple Store, where the guy did the 'reset SMC' key combo but held them down for like a minute (I had done it, but held for the 10 or 15 seconds suggested). The macbook started up, and started charging. I'm posting this again because I can't believe all of the positive reviews - as my experience lines up almost exactly with the other 1-star reviews. FYI, 2 years later, my mind-2015 MBP is still good.

Friendly customer service. Transparent about potentially not being able to fix a driver failure but to wait 4 days for them to say they can't fix it is very disappointing. I will go somewhere that only charges when they DO fix it!

This place was great! We ended up not getting a diagnostic as our helper told us the hypothetical problems and resulting costs and advised us to just trade in our phone, and then didn't charge us for the 20 minute examination. Super efficient and fast. And also very kind. :)

if you found this store, RUN! I dont recommend this service, pay for a diagnostic $ 110 and it took 6 days to tell me what would be the result of this "diagnostic", something to know is that it was a damaged hard drive and that with the passage of the days the hard drive loses still More life ... absolutely discontent . They offered me to send it to California and that I would get at $ 1000 IF the information was recovered ... I went to another store where they really are professionals and two hours I solved my problem!!!!!

Came in today to repair the display on my phone, and honestly, best repair experience I've ever had with devices. Super easy online appointment scheduling, no wait time upon arrival. They were super nice and professional, very informative and upfront. I waited there and got my phone back within 2 hours, can't believe how fast and fuss-free it was. Price was very reasonable (considering what I had expected based on some googling). Would recommend them to anyone I know, especially since it's Apple certified and not a random repair shop.

I purchased a jersey with a custom name on the back and they spelled it wrong. I contacted them and they said to provide front and back pictures. I did that and didn't get response for weeks until I filed dispute with my credit card. Then they told me they would send another one and send me a tracking number but never responded again. Worst customer service ever!
