Terrible experience with customer service on top security guard black-African man very uneducated about his job.. not all Americans willing to leave personal bags in the front this is New York not watchable store in safety precaution. Definitely hire more security guards and following each customer's if you think they steal. Crazy insane Why would assume someone who is good customer buying paying without hesitation and on top greeting you all. Unbelievable

I get that inflation is driving prices up, but in actuality, Jack's had been steadily going up since they did their renovation 4 years ago. The store still has some inexpensive treasures, but it's definitely not as fun as it used to be. Office supplies aren't as plentiful or varied as before.Ahh, well, change happens.

Food Emporium was cheaper or the same price for food items. Target at 44th and 10th was cheaper on everything.
