The best place to get your taxes done!! I've been receiving tax services from them for over 20 years and they never let me down. Victor is has been my guy for years, he's very professional. Basically, they will make sure you get all that you work hard for!

3582 Broadway location, tax preparer (Raquel Guzman) I love coming to see Raquel she makes sure that all my papers are in order and that I get the refund I deserve. I have been coming to her for years and I will continue to come to her as long as she is still with the Jackson Hewitt family. If she leaves then I’m following her. Latoya has amazing customer service, she was very sweet.However, when I came in Raquel was hovering over her and telling her how she needed to check me in before she started working with me.As soon as Latoya explained to me how much I was getting, I told her I was gonna go check another location before I officially filed my taxes, she completely understood my decision.But,once Raquel heard what I said, she stopped working with her client and came over immediately to Latoya’s desk and made sure she did my return correct and kept asking me why I didn’t want to stay and finish. I felt like Raquel tried to pressure me to stay by giving me a discount if I had filed my taxes with them.
