I was a long-time customer of Jackson Hewitt on West 143rd Street, and once I moved away several years ago, I utilized another Jackson Hewitt establishment closer to my home. I recently returned and met with Rhonda, who is such a kind, patient, considerate, and ethical person, who is extremely knowledgeable, and will give you correct information in regards to your tax return. I am going to go back to the West 143rd Street office this year, and will permanently continue to use their services on a yearly basis, thanks to Rhonda! Highly recommended!

This review is about poor communication and poor administration updates. I made a appointment on their computer system, it allowed me to make the appointment, the system sent numerous text to confirm the appointment prior to the date, I went and they were closed. The next time, I made a appointment, a human called me to reschedule to a date that someone would be there, so I show up on that date & time, they are closed! Are you guys serious??? My time is valuable just like yours! I ended up calling a 877 # to only be told that the Manhattan locations are closed for the season and to come to a Bronx location!!! Hopefully this appointment wasn't scheduled by the same appointment pervert! Please update your online systems to! Follow up soon and I hope this isn't a reflection of what might happen to my taxes.

While visiting Jackson Hewitt, my tax preparer made me feel comfortable, and confident that she knew her stuff. By the end of my visit she had cleaned up what other prepares had made out be be a deficiency in more than one section of information. Although I had all these discrepancies on file, she took her time and inputted the proper information along with the right amount of numerical value, and the appropriate line, that it is to be filed and documented. Thanks Jackson Hewitt!!!

Jermaine and the other staff members are awesome I have been doing own taxes for few years through Turbo Tax but this year had a few things I was uncertain of so decide try Jackson Hewitt very satisfied will continue to use them as my tax preparers.

Hello Jackson Hewitt tax service is awesome although I did not receive my refund yet the service they provided is calm patient and reliable at least that’s what I had from Rhonda who works there I would recommend anyone to her she can do what you may can’t even with your own phone her patient is awesome she even go further and ask you about your last years to to see if you got all your money so she is not about making money for herself she’s also doing her best to find your money you can’t beat that!!!!!
