Dear Janie and Jack Customer Service,I hope this message finds you well. I recently had an experience at your store that I feel compelled to share. While I have generally been satisfied with your products, my most recent visit was unfortunately marred by an encounter with one of your employees, Jasmin.During my visit, Jasmin displayed a level of rudeness towards my daughter that I found highly distressing. Her behavior seemed not only unprofessional but also discriminatory, leaving both my daughter and me feeling unwelcome in your store. I believe that such behavior is not representative of the values Janie and Jack stands for.I understand that employees can have bad days, but I feel it's crucial to address instances of discrimination and rudeness promptly. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that your customers have a positive and inclusive experience at Janie and Jack.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that by bringing this to your awareness, steps can be taken to rectify the situation and maintain the reputation of Janie and Jack as a customer-friendly brand.JASMIN SHOULD GET FIRED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would..to the Janie and Jack, 1150 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10065..My 4 year old and I went to buy a couple dresses because she had picture day and some Easter events coming up. My daughter said “ mommy I have to pee”I asked an employee if there was a bathroom available. She said no not for the clients I said please my daughter has to urine. She said yes because it was a FOUR year old.As we approached to the bathroom which was located in the stock room. She was opening the door as I was getting READY to go inside an employee name JASMINE screams MISS KAROL your not suppose to let no one in. I understand completely the rules and regulations…. I GET IT!!!! BUT HOW DO YOU DENID A FOUR YEAR OLD CHILD A BATHROOM!!!! I asked her AGAIN is for my child please.straight forward NO “I'm sorry” YOUR “SORRY” WHAT ARE YOU sorry about that my four year old have to urine on herself you piece of GARBAGE!!!!! .Overall, Completely disappointed. I USUALLY shop a lot at this store I never had a horrific experience. HERE is the worst PART my daughter said “mommy that lady was not nice” you caused an entire uncomfortable conversation with my child. I felt completely disgusted and discriminated by JASMINE we were light skin and she was Dark skin.They will NEVER see a DIME!! From my friends and family. I Will do all my shopping ONLINE. This store can CLOSE DOWN or have a staff change. ASAP. Never had a horrible experience in my life AT A CHILD STORE!!!!!!!! My child ended up peeing on herself and me going to Starbucks bathroom to Change her outfit.

We took my granddaughter to buy an outfit for picture day at school my granddaughter needed to use the bathroom and was discriminated against by an employee named Jasmin she pulled the girl out of the bathroom door when it was an emergency to use the bathroom she was very rude and my granddaughter She was traumatized because she couldn't relieve herself but I will never go back there. She was a loyal customer of that store.

Disappointing Service:My recent visit to Janie and Jack on 3rd Avenue was highly disappointing. The staff was unpleasant and unhelpful, making for a frustrating shopping experience. I would not recommend this store to others.

I still very upset. Last month I bough a bathing suit set and I paid $65 . One week later, before I receive it, it went on sale 70%plus 25% off….I contested and they didn’t refund the difference. In few words: I paid $65 something that on sale cost less than $25 ….one star for this company is too much . They lost a client

Been shopping at this store for years. Since 2015 to be exact. I recently had an issue with an order I placed in store where I was given the wrong information. I called in and was placed on several long holds by a woman who claimed to be the manager. She was so rude and nasty and in no way accommodating. A lot of the information she claimed she was not able to provide I found in no time. She clearly did not want to look or had an compassion for the fact that my daughters graduation is on Monday and my package is time sensitive. I'll keep shopping online but won't be visiting this store anymore because a woman such as this manager makes it so easy for you to come out of character. I hope corporate see's this. I asked her , her name 3 times before she hung up on me and she never provided her name. Just a number for customer service. The old manager was AMAZING. I don't know who this new manager is or if she's even a manager but she needs to be put back in training. I'm annoyed that there isn't a 0 stars option.

This place has the worst customer service in all entire universe. I purchased order online , paid for for 1 day shipping.My item was not delivered on time.Then I came to store physically since was neede to purchase a gift for the same day instead of the order I made online.In store they have no sizes availableFirst woman was very pushing just to charge my Credit card without even trying to help me.That’s was a gift so I asked for a nice packages but they refused to give me EVEN SEVOND BAG. I’ve got a gift for girl and boy and got 1 bag with no package.Have no idea about closing quality but service is very very very bad.
