This is the worst Jersey Mike's Sub I've ever been to. You can only order through the app, and the service is very slow. In the end, the regular size sub I got was one-third shorter than Jersey Mike's sub elsewhere, not to mention much shorter than Subway sub. Very disappointing!

Cannot order in person; only through an app. Over an hour wait for two sandwiches. Is this an actual Jersey Mike's? This is not an actual location. Over 20 Uber eats drivers waiting as well. This is insane. Terrible for the brand and horrible for the consumer. Normally, they make the sandwiches in front of you and ask for your preference, but this location does not allow that.

I ordered the tuna sub through uber eats, I experienced the worst food poisoning imaginable. I was vomiting the whole day. UberEats should communicate to consumers that this is a ghost kitchen. Jersey Mike’s more like Jersey Stinks. This is why it’s called dirty jersey! Just nasty I’m so disgusted right now.

I ordered my food at 1pm and it took them 2 hours for them to deliver it. This is ridiculous. It makes absolutely no sense. Don't ever place an order online for them.

Good sub. Not sloppy, which I appreciated. I had the spicy pickle chips and Italian sub. Can't go wrong with that. Fresh and a lotta meat!

It is impossible to live up to the memories of my youth to get an Italian cold cut submarine/hoagie at Anthony's in Ocean City, Maryland, Kensington's Continental or Wisemiller's in Georgetown DC. It may not be as good the legendary White House in Atlantic City, NJ or Joe Leone's in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ but for a chain with a friendly Mid-Atlantic vibe and a Jersey shore atmosphere you can get a nicely prepared Italian cold cut with oil and vinegar and or mayonnaise with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and some hot peppers. The staff gives good customer service at this spot north of Hudson Yards. I hope they open some others near Bryant Park!

I made a order for a sandwich at 12pmsandwich was not made even by 3pm.Email said sandwich would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes, so I went at 12:30 and was told it wasn't ready, I left after 15 minutes of waiting and only returned 2 hours later and was told it was STILL not ready...

I didn't have the same experience as a number of the reviewers did, waiting an unacceptable amount of time for their food. I placed my online order and it was ready by the time I was quoted in the app. The grimy guy who passed me my order was in fact that... grimy looking. The sub looked ok, the "Big Kahuna Cheese Steak", everything was there. It tasted kind of off, like the meat was bad. My excessive churning stomach and diarrhea after eating only half of it pretty confirmed it for me. I suggest that folks be very careful in your choices here, and choices in general from restaurants using ghost kitchens. Something isn't right.

I waited an hour for my food, a regular sub that would have took five minute to make.An Indian woman inside ghost kitchen told me that they made my food and initially they were going to decline to make it again. The receptionist at the ghost kitchen's window told me they have not seen my order.Who's telling the truth?When I asked to be compensated for my patience, the Indian lady in charge told me "no" and refused to give me her name. I don't know who to hold accountable.
