I was really disappointed with the customer service I recieved at this specific location. I bought a pair of bridal shoes. I had only worn them to try on dresses and the night before the event the buckle broke and was unable to use them. I brought them back to this location obviously disappointed to where the advised that they would "bring it to the cobbler down the street", with no ackolognement of the quality of shoes and acted as if I was an inconvience. Luckily they repaired the shoes but returned them to me in a plasic bag and then a dirty ripped cartboard bag and thats how I left the store. I was shocked. Given the price of the shoes and the service I was given I was extremely surprised that this is the service you receive from this type of brand. I collect luxury shoes and never received this type of service from any other brand.

I originally bought my shoes at Bloomingdales. They needed repair so I brought them to Jimmy Choo on 699 Madison Ave. NYC NY 10065, thinking the best way to get them repaired would be directly through the vendor. I walked into this location and they were unfriendly and the customer service was 4th rate at best. It was the most low class atmosphere I have ever encountered. In fact, if I wanted this type of environment I would've gone to Payless and I'm sure even they would have given me better service. I buy A LOT of high end shoes and have never experienced this type of service before. I waited two months for my shoes to be returned to me. When I called to inquire they never got back to me. I finally caught the woman, Natalie who was in charge of the repair, she could not locate my shoes. I finally emailed corporate and complained-- and miraculously my shoes were messengered to me today. My complaint was made on Friday my shoes were sent to me on Monday. Were they sitting on my shoes the whole time? Hoping I'd forget about them, etc. Anyway, the good news is there are a lot of high end brands to buy from-- unfortunately, no matter how cute the shoe-- I will never buy another pair of Jimmy Choo's again. Corporate did respond quickly... however, was worth the trouble, absolutely not. I urge you to buy from another brand. Unless they fire the whole store and hire a new team of associates I do not recommend anyone doing any business with Jimmy Choo. I will say after my complaint they did not charge me and they messengered the shoes over. But still not worth it.

Worst customer service. Brought a new pair of shoes and after 6 hours of wearing them they have dents in them! Contacted customer service( 2 times after them losing my emails) and their response was that there was nothing they could do. Nothing?! 600 shoes and nothing you can do?...

Jimmy choo shows an elegant simplicity for its shoes, sometimes topped with xtra embellishments for some special items. I have got its basic glittering pumps and a pair of very simple pseudo-tie-up slippers. When I am getting married I am definitely wearing the ultimate Jimmy Choo Cinderella crystal slippers !!

Company does not stand behind their products. Do not buy the Jimmy Choo Brand--lots of complaints, poor quality. I recently purchased the BLYSS FLAT style boots online from Jimmy Choo. After a few wears, the zipper pull fell off the boots. I emailed them the online receipt with all my order information and pictures of the boots. The boots are in almost brand new condition. I received an email response from their customer service rep that I needed to send them $26 for a new zipper pull. They further stated that I need to internationally wire them the money, and they won't accept any other form of payment. My bank charges $50 for internationally wiring money. This zipper pull that fell off one of my boots would cost $76. You would expect a brand new pair of boots to last longer than a few wears! Very disappointed in this company and will not buy their products again!!

I had a Horrible experience at this location. The saleperson named June Lin who is the worst one I had never met before. When I am ready to try two 38.5 size shoes, She said those are not on sale I said that is fine. Then I was told they are only 38. Then I asked I d like to try cause 38 38.5 are both work for me. Then that one gave me a s*** face "Do you buy or try?"what the Funk!?
