One of the best nail salons I've been to in NYC. They always do a good job and they don't pressure you to get extra service. It's a bit more expensive than cheaper nail salons in the east village but the premium is well worth it. It's the only place I go to now

Unfortunately, I've not been so underwhelmed with a service in a long time. Jin Soon gravely misrepresented their services.I went to the East Village location for a manicure and pedicure. While staff is nice, the actual service was less than mediocre.I received the Flower Petal Float® - the rose pedals looked as if they came from the bodega down the street. No rose essential oil or rose oil was used. The pedicurist tried rubbing the actual rose pedals on my legs; luckily I stopped her and suggested using oil or lotion instead. The massage was short and not very good. The shellac manicure was not great either. The actual manicure was ok, but the manicurist forgot to put lotion on my hands, so I reminded her.All in all - this experience cost more than $100.I suggest you go to your local regular mani/pedi spot and don't waste your money at Jin Soon Natural Hand-Foot Spa. It's not worth it.

Awesome service because I walked in without an appointment and they didn’t turn me away and was able to fit me in for both a mani pedi. Very nice and quiet and clean. However the chairs and equipment for the pedicure is extremely uncomfortable and after 45 min your butt starts to hurt, also the setup is not friendly for staff, it makes their job a lot harder due to all the maneuvering, hence the 4 stars. Pretty expensive for the quality.

It was a nice organic experience. It's not quite what I expected. I'm used to jacuzzi bubbles and massage chairs. You won't get that here, but the milk and honey foot bath and soak was nice.

Serene setting, clean beauty, highly attentive, long-lasting manicures & pedicures. The polish is high-end, especially the House brand- making this my top nail salon in a city of millions.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received- especially at 35. I expected them to lightly soak my toes and do mostly cuticle care and filing before painting my toes.

I'm a big fan of Jin Soon as you can see from all of my check ins. They only have two guest in at a time, so it's like you have the place to yourself. Very quiet and peaceful due to little foot traffic inside. It's easy to book an appointment online. I highly recommend doing so since they're always booked. The girls that work there are very friendly and give the absolute best manicures & pedicures! I like using Jin Soons line of non toxic polishes. They last just as long if not longer than regular nail polishes. I'm a big fan of this tiny tranquil salon and will continue coming here for all of my nail needs!

My experience just okay. I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment even though there was only one customer getting serviced and when it came to removing my gel pedicure there were some issues. Don't get me wrong, I expected the tech to struggle a bit getting it off due to it being the japanese gel but she ended up filing so hard that she cut me twice. I had a huge cut on my left big toe and middle right toe due to how aggressive she was being. I brought this up and she said "the gel is very hard to get off". Other than that, the experience was fine and I really enjoyed the summer oasis pedicure. The nail polish has lasted 3 weeks and I'm quite pleased with the quality of the Jinsoon polishes. Would I return? Yes but to the Tribeca location because I hear that one is much better service wise.

I arrived on time and was greeted. My phone was on its last leg and i only had a cord but no cube. They didn't have a cube either. The location is small and a tad tight. I am led to the back. I assumed this was going to be a dry pedicure so was shocked when I saw water. The pedicure was amazing and so relaxing. I tried round instead of square and have no splitting. I will be back. Pricey but worth it
