Lovely, professional staff and great jewelry. What's not to love? I do miss the old aesthetic of John Hardy. I'm not much into the orange. The store is still beautiful and the jewelry is edgy & cool.

We came in today to purchase a bracelet. We were not even greeted upon entry by any sales assistants. We hung around for a few minutes then we went next door and spent $1200 at David Yurman. The associates could have at least acknowledged our presence.

Last week, I had one of the most positive shopping experiences I ever had at John Hardy/SoHo.Arvin was very kind, articulate and informative about the various items available. Not only am I delighted with my purchase but also with the stress-free and easy atmosphere he provided. It was a delightful experience. Shelley D.

Service is terrible. The woman working in the store was rude and gave us one worded answers for all of our questions. She stared rudely at my partner and made us both physically uncomfortable.

Ordered 2 bracelets worth over $1,500 and never received them. Called and emailed and still have no responseRefund also never happened. Do better!!!

Went in here with my boyfriend for his birthday, and kindly asked to be fitted for a ring, as the snake rings were really cool. The woman working at the store asked, very condescendingly, "and you want a John hardy ring?" to which my bf replied, "I'd like to get fitted and see, but it's likely!" To which she literally and audibly scoffed, rolled her eyes, and stormed away. We left immediately. It was so rude, left us quite thrown, and if I was going to buy a John Hardy ring before, I am absolutely not going to now.And not that it should matter, but yes, we were dressed very nice, are well mannered, and were extremely pleasant to this woman. I'm only posting because this is still on my mind two weeks later.

Had a bracelet brought into Soho store for downsizing. Was told it'd be $85, pending any quote adjustment by repair. Contacted them back by email & phone a week later (because no follow-up), and asked again, told-again, that it's $85 on the phone--email said I'd get a reaffirmation once they get a final with repair. No confirmation came, just a couple weeks later told it's ready, then charged nearly $220 for it without an explanation of why or notice ahead. In the support email, it's stated, "If you have already confirmed the repair charge in the boutique, a quotation will not be sent. Should you choose to decline the quotation, a $30 evaluation fee will be requested." -- repair charge was quoted $85, not $220. It was not confirmed or quoted for the later cost. I've contacted the business again by email a few days later then by phone another time later, spoke with a representative who told me a supervisor will investigate and get back to me last week. Got no response to either. They run a scam operation in-store with their "local repair", and their in-person rep (met when dropping item off) was curt and dismissive on top of that.

Not impressed. Service was ok, but it was like getting grudging assistance. Curt and awkward air. I dropped off a bracelet to have it modified, and got just 1 email 8 days later acknowledging the request. Been 2 weeks, but no quotation or further update--so basically 2 weeks, and they haven't even considered it yet (that's what it sounds like). Also asked about modifying/returning another piece while there, and it got brushed off.Update: finally got done & called back, and their local repair shop or w/e just ballooned the bill. Was quoted $85 in person, reaffirmed over phone that est, then when it's time to pay, $200. Bumping from 3 down to 1 star.I'm sticking to online--or better yet, buying DYurman. I tried.

Lovely store with almost all john Hardy's wonderful styles and with range of price points. Service was helpful, kind, un-rushed and un-pressured. They patiently helped me find a piece that I'll enjoy for years to come.

Great customer service in-store. Amazing selection of beautiful jewelry. Needed to return a piece and had no problems processing the return (it was within 30 days which was the policy that I had made sure of when I purchased the piece). I’ll be back!

There customer service is like no other. The process is always smooth whether you buy something or just browsing. But, of course their pieces are always timeless. Employees there have great attitude, patience, helpful and friendly!I went there to get a gift for my fiancé, and they were able to help me find something unique and memorable for him within 5-10 minutes(WOW).Thank you very much, it was very much appreciated and will be back soon.??

Every time I'm in SoHo NYC, we drop by John Hardy and are always welcomed with open arms. What a terrific little store with friendly, enthusiastic sales folks who are attentive and happy to help. I own a beautiful blackened silver ring and 3 bracelets that I purchased here and I love them. Superb quality workmanship and great fit and finish. The shop itself is beautifully laid out with great lighting and big cases displaying their merchandise. They have very nice pieces for both men and women in a variety of beautiful materials. I enjoy going in to see their latest creations and talking to their wonderful staff.
