never heard of Journeys until i was looking for a specific pair of Converse. walked into this store that is close-ish to Union Square. the pair wasn’t in stock but the staff were very friendly & helpful and ordered the sneakers i wanted. the store itself is colorful, clean, and well organized…with rows of sneakers and shoes from front to back with seating to try them on. the store called me a few days later because my sneakers had come in. went in and tried them in and picked them up. the staff were just as friendly as when i ordered and made the pickup really smooth. overall, Journeys and their staff made this purchase so easy—look forward to shopping here again when i am in the market for certain color ways of Chuck Taylors or other sneakers.

They’re very nice and accommodating, but they never have product. I think allocation needs to look into this and make sure that they have the product for a certain consumers. I don’t always want to order online and pick up in store. Sometimes I wanna pick up an item right there.

The new manager (I forget her name but she's from New Jersey) is so helpful and welcoming. She helped me with a pair of Stan smiths. She's definitely an asset to the company.

Always fresh merchandise on deck and if not you can place a direct order online right there and receive immediately access from notification when item has ship . How cool is that. My advice when staying up w/ lastest fashion sign up for VIP perks?

Don’t go to The journeys on 14th if the manager Vanessa is their she is very rude poorly helped never recommend going there had to call customer service to get simple help like seriously who hired her

the manager there Vanessa is horrible she is very disregarding inhelp and just wants customers out she was very dismissive and on her phone when i tried asking a question i felt unattended and hurt from her poor customer service

I tried (the 2 feet) then bought a pair of converse in this store just before returning to France. arrived in Paris I find myself with 2 straight shoes. a scam. I contacted customer service who asked me to return them to the store with the box while they know that I am back in France and I left the shoes box in the store because it did not fit in my suitcase. What a shame. I feel robbed. Best client experience ever in NY !

The manager was great, she was and fun, considerate. She mand me feel welcome I would tohavebherbworkk with the next time I go there again. I am annoyed that I can't remember her name however I would know her when I go back to the 14th Street.?

Incompetent online customer service. Their claims policy is ignorant and they selected a terrible carrier to "deliver" lost packages FedEx! I will not buy another thing from them!!

My experience was pretty good I bought a pair of timberlands and there really bothering my feet especially the right foot more then the left foot. .I don't know what to do and I spend alot of money.

This review is based off the company itself and NOT this actual location that I visited and got assistance with.I ordered a pair of low top, all black converse off the website. I was excited to get them because I purchase at least one pair a year. However, upon opening the box and checking out the kicks thoroughly I didn't like how they looked. I honestly think I received a pair that was on display somewhere or at the very back of a dusty warehouse. The front of the sneakers were sticky and full of dust.I took them to the closest store location to return. The staff there was pleasant, professional and even double checked to see if they had a pair in stock that I could exchange with, they didn't. I really didn't want to return them but they looked extremely bad! This was my first and LAST time purchasing from this company, well at least the website.
