I take my kid in here once a week for a ring pop and I grab some groceries. Today he had to use the bathroom (he's 5) while I was shopping. I asked the person at the register if they had a bathroom he could use and they said, "I don't think so." Then when I got my groceries home there was an onion that was completely rotted out. I love the Jubilee marker on West Street and go there often. This one made me sad today.

Local grocery with good produce and beer. Also has a very good lunch buffet, along with sandwiches and soups.

Jubilee, which calls itself "Your Friendly Neighborhood Market" is anything but. I could forgive the inflated prices, but the lack of staff attentive to the customer's needs makes for a very frustrating experience; it's clear the staff has more importance things to do than answer annoying questions. If you are lucky enough to get an employee's attention, they rarely can offer you any help with navigating the store or trying to find someone who can. And the managers are rarely on the floor, so forget that. Another helpful touch: (not). The managers office is conveniently situated right by the exit, and his desk is facing the wall. So if you are lucky enough to locate it, it's on your way out, and then the challenge becomes how to get him to turn around and face you... On the positive side,The store is clean and well maintained and the checkout folk's are friendly, but I wish it were a more welcoming, easy to navigate environment.

I love Jubilee. Surely it can be a bit overpriced but that's no different than any other local grocer in NYC. The produce is always fresh and they have an extremely extensive selection for the size of their store! I can always find what I need quickly.

My most favorite market in New York. I live in the area for a year and nothing is better than this store! Much better than Eataly or Whole Foods.

a late night supermarket with a good variety of everything needed, buffet closed for late@nite tho...I liked the on sale paper slips on shelves for items nearing expiration date...made the pricey items here more affordable...

Do not shop here. Security here is a terrifying joke. One of the guards, about 5'10 asian man with the craziest unblinking stare, tried to extort me for $60 in cash and wasn't letting me leave store. He was extremely physically aggressive, grabbing my arms and shoulders, and attempted to take my phone. He was scaring the older woman cashiers, and smiled when he saw my body shaking from dread and anxiety. None of the other security guards intervened and was one of the most humiliating and terrifying experiences i've had in this city. Reading through similar reviews of people, mostly woman, dealing with aggressive security here, DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Expensive overpriced groceries, and a chance of being physically harassed and assaulted; something that has been documented to be a reoccurring issues at this store. If you're a woman, and especially a woman of color, avoid shopping here it is not safe.

Love this market. My favorite in the city. Has everything I could ever want and the prices are reasonable. Produce could be better but it is the best you're going to get in the city. The also have Fiddleheads (although I wish they were a bit cheaper)!

My office days highlight lol. A legit oatmeal heaven - 5 milk options, berries fresh and dried, cinnamon, granola. The rest of the buffet is good too

JUBILEE MARKET is a relief to me in FiDi . I had been shopping at it’s former partner market on the UWS. Both are really good. The FIDI location has a really pleasant staff that go out of their way to be helpful. The market is very clean with an excellent assortment of goods including beautiful, fresh produce. It is laid out well, like a farmer’s market, which I like. I am told by some very finicky friends that Jubilee’s meats are excellent. Have not purchased meat yet so that is next. In addition, Jubilee offers FREE DELIVERY. The fellow who delivered brought it right in to my apartment for me which is exactly what I needed. He did it with a smile instead of being put upon. I highly recommend Jubilee Market FiDi to you.

Not a good experience, stuff & products to buy are nice but Asian cashier named CHUN was rude, did not even say even ‘Hi’, yet he overcharged us 2 times & did not bother to apologize either! I saw that was not the 1st time he misbehaved with other people as well. Better go to a different store rather than here.

Good groceries and average prices could not hide our disappointment from asian clerk who overcharged us 2.99$ and also was rude during scanning of items. He even didn't say sorry.
