It was interesting I just think that if you want to alternate a good food, for example chicken if I want beets, I should be able to get it and not have to pay for it but otherwise it was OK. I like the salad but I just got dizzy after a while because I kept asking questions on what can I have this and the answer was no and can you add this in the answer was no and so it’s like you gotta have really exactly what the menu says.

I ordered crispy chicken poblano today. The salad is good, but the amount is so small, it’s like half of bowl. I think the guy who was doing my salad didn’t do a good job, disappointed at this location.

It used to be so good but then the quality dropped with the rush hour and popularity... The salad is sometimes not chopped with big chunks of red cabbage thrown in and usually, there's an error with the order. For example, ask for heavy dressing, you'll get light dressing. Ask for crispy chicken on the side, you'll get a tiny tiny portion, a very small cutlet chopped up. Ask for nuts or another topping, they'll forget.

Last time I came here they seemed pretty stressed due to the amount of people, which isn’t a bad thing necessarily. However when I got the salad I ordered online, there was a lot of cross contamination. I have some food allergies so it made me nervous, so I probably won’t be back for a bit. Staff are very kind however.

An absolute RIP OFF. The portion sizes are a joke, an extra piece of bread which was the size of my thumb was $.69. Chopt is a bit more $ but so much better and worth it (mostly). Really a shame I used to go here a lot but it’s just not worth it anymore.

Got the Gotham salad - vegetable toppings were rotten and the feta cheese was rancid. Went straight in the trash.

I requested utensil because I am moving into a new apt and nothing is here. They gave nothing not even a napkin & were zero help by phone.

I love it here obviously. Get the backyard bbq while you still can (seasonal). What I don’t love about it here is that a lot of times when you go, even if it’s not busy, it seems like it takes a while for someone to come take your order. Also it’s been inhumanely hot in here this summer. It’s intolerable just to be in there as a customer getting an order to go, so I can’t imagine what it’s like for the employees. All that notwithstanding I’ll probably be back tomorrow for lunch.

Look, it's nice to have salad options but other places do this better. The cobb had no bacon or onions or cheese. That's not a cobb salad, fyi. Service quick. Crowded w downtown office workers, as is predictable.

Normally a super fan of Just Salad. But today - got a salad after a long time. Brought my resusable bowl. Typically the salad "overflows" - today, barely 23 full. For $14 chipotle cowboy salad, not sure will return.

Manager was very kind and assisted me. I believe her name was Francesca. I apologize if I have the wrong name. She was very attentive and happy. She made my order perfect. I have always loved just salad and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Love this place. Menu could be a bit easier to read as some options are farther from the ordering location and hard to see.

I stopped by here not too long ago on my trip, I knew nothing about the menu, Derek was a great help and even gave me some tips on where to go on my trip, I’ll definitely be stopping by next time I’m in the city
