The online initial intake process was intuitive, easy and automated. Customer Service was very supportive with helping me find a date/time that worked for scheduling my move. Omar and Alex were a delight to have met, as they arrived on time, had superb communication with regards to estimated arrival, and carefully prepared items to be moved from a 3rd floor walkup. Exceptional service all around and waiting for the items to be sold to see how that aspect of the process unfolds. So far, so great!

Fantastic pick-up experience! Kevin was very friendly and helpful, and assisted me with loading the bookshelf into my vehicle. The bookshelf was in perfect condition- it looked brand new and had no flaws. I’m extremely impressed and will definitely keep Kaiyo bookmarked for future purchases!

i had a furniture delivery with several pieces in it scheduled. two days before the delivery, they emailed me that they couldn't make it. i had to reschedule for three weeks later. on the new date, WITHIN THE DELIVERY WINDOW, they texted me that they couldn't make the delivery. no explanation. didn't answer any texts or phone calls. and this is after i spent thousands of dollars. absolutely horrible service. if i could leave 0 stars i would

Buyer beware! We bought a $3000+ designer table from them, got cold feet after seeing how many complaints they have at BBB, cancelled the order, but they shipped it anyway and then informed us we would need to pay $1100 shipping costs to return since it was 'now in shipment' (offered us 20% discount which we stupidly accepted). When it arrived it was not the designer table but a fake. The shippers in our house told us we needed to either sign 'refusal to accept' --and be responsible for $1100 return fee or accept with signature that there was no damage in shipment--no way to contact the company at 5pm PT. Since their website said to 'authenticate upon receipt we followed what we thought was the only procedure available and immediately reached out by email (our only option) to inform them that it was a fake/ worthlesss. Their response--we are not 'authenicators', but we will give you another 20% off--so we are out $>2000 for a table that isn't worth $200. Before you buy anything from them, learn from our mistake and check out their voluminous BBB complaints.

We have tried Kaiyo twice from the selling side of things. Both times Kaiyo turned out to be a failure. The first time Kaiyo took our items and did not sell them so we got no commision - they kept the chairs and I fail to believe they didnt sell them at some point. The second event was the drivers came to pick up...and then left for the simple reason of snow on the drive. In summary Kaiyo is a scam for sellers. Be aware and be ready to be significantly let down.

This a review for their online service and pickup. Absolute waste of time. We scheduled a pickup for our furniture. They said they would be here within 15 minutes. All of a sudden 30 minutes later they said their team was moving on to the next appointment. No call, no text, no one even tried to enter the building or apartment. It was such a waste of time with no explanation. Furthermore, their support is useless. They give you a 4 hour window for appointment but then leave within 10 minutes without notice. What kind of deal is that? I will not work with them again and recommend you do the same.
