Ordered two gifts from their app, a Hamsa and tree of life. Both did not come with cards and envelopes or warranty and both came with damaged boxes. The tree of life doesn’t look anything like the picture. They didn’t even come with a description of what the product is.

Jasmine & Melissa have done me the ultimate kindness. I didn’t know what I was coming into Karma & Luck for but their radiant optimism and gentle auras drew me to them.I was given a wonderful tour of the store and Melissa shared her knowledge of the inventory with me.Such lovely people!
