Horrible customer service. No help once you purchase item. I was told past one year they have nothing to do with helping suggest where to have lamps repaired. Basically saying purchase only good for one year unlike other high end stores that help such as jonathan Adler.

Great product. Horrible customer service. Sent several email complaining about damaged product. Bought a table and the paint on the legs starting to peel off. Carlotta choose to ignore the email. Has been almost 1.5 months and no response at all. I think their way of dealing with complaint is to test your patience and to sit it out until you give up.

I have purchased half a dozen or so pieces from this location. Tolga and now Carlotta have made coming into the showroom a joy, time and time again. I feel I am visiting friends - they take the time to show me around and make me feel at home. They are patient to give me as much time as I want and to discuss the design needs I am trying to fulfill. There is no pressure to purchase anything, I can just pop in on occasion to say hello. I find warmth and joy every time I walk through the door here. I will continue to be a customer of this location for years to come.

I have ordered replacement parts for my bookworm shelf, and order came out of warehouse broken. KARTELL promised to send me a missing part, it's been a month. We have been calling and dealing with screaming customer service people. If the brand stand for quality, it is surely missing it in communication, parts, and service.

KARTELL used to be a brand that stood for quality and service. If you want a nightmare on your hands, would recommend dealing with them. Customer service is atrocious, furniture came broken, and as we tried to replace it - we've been screamed at multiple times and fed broken promises. BUYER BEWARE!!

Horrible experience. I have many kartell pieces I have purchased over the years from the NY store. Back even to when it was iL Euro. I use to get great service, even from their warehouse people in NJ. Just not the same. When the US leader passed in a horrible accident and it was now run from Kartell Italy, service, customer satisfaction, even delivery became more fitting for a Kmart and not Kartell.

I can't begin to say enough great things about Kartell New York. If I lived there, this would be my go to place. My experience with Tolga Sismanlar surpassed all my customer service expectations. Not only did he genuinely care about the predicament my daughter found herself in, but he went above and beyond to help her. My daughter purchased a Kartell light fixture on craigslist, with the understanding that it was in excellent condition and functioned perfectly. As it turned out, it was missing many pieces, including what was necessary to mount it, and several of the light crystals were damaged or missing. After discovering this company was located in Italy, she immediately looked on line to see if replacement parts could be purchased--only to discover numerous reviews about how difficult it was to even get a response. Fortunately, after talking with several local lighting places, I was told that Kartell had a US presence in New York. Figuring I had nothing to lose, but with little expectation I would find a sympathetic ear, I called. To my amazement, Tolga Sismanlar answered and was willing to do anything in his power to help. He instructed me to have my daughter take pictures of the fixture and provide a detailed list of what pieces needed to be replaced. He wanted to be certain to send the correct parts.Needless to say, my daughter was absolutely thrilled. She had given up all hope of being able to resurrect the gorgeous pendant light she loved so much. Regardless of how this ends up, Tolga restored my faith in the goodness and generosity of people. He empitomizes the meaning of customer service and he obviously loves the work he does and the products Kartell manufactures. I would not hesitate to purchase anything from Kartell--especially if Tolga is selling it! He is definitely an asset to the company!

I was desperate to find a part my Kartell chairs. Tolga save my day and found it! He was so helpful! More so than most shops I've dealt with in the past. Superb service hands down. He did so much and took my concern with great regard. I truly appreciate your help. Thank you again! Happy Customer
