A little of everything but if you want something specific it’s better to call the store first because they lack product options. I was looking for a bag of frozen shrimp but they only offer small portions of 10-12 shrimp.

I give Key Food one star (as opposed to zero) only because the employees and managers are great. They are very helpful and friendly. However, the store itself, and the products are awful, low quality, and at exorbitant prices. This store is significantly more expensive than the Whole Foods and the Health Food store in the area and the quality is much worse. As if that weren't enough, they sell expired items, such as old bread with mold. If you don't pay attention and check every single item microscopically, you discover after a day or two that the bread is old and has mold in it (which is not noticeable because the packaging is brown, as seen in the pictures I am sharing). It seems they get away with this because they are the only large supermarket in 2nd avenue. But it is worth to walk over to 3rd to either Food for Health (3rd Ave. between 92nd and 93rd) or Whole Foods (3rd Avenue and 87th).

The absolute worst employees of any supermarket I've ever been to! I've been going to this location for three years and I've complained so many times about the customer service and racism, to no resolution. It seems their UNprofessional behavior is welcomed by the managers. They are turning over the wrong employees and leaving the franchise with crooks.

Profiling of an employee is happening here. Every time I want to enter with my backpack, he only asks me to open the backpack. At first, I thought it was a random search, but it happens every time. I'm talking about profiling because this employee doesn't check any other people who enter with a backpack.

Some bad experiences with this Key Food.Last was an attempt to exchange 2 jars of Urban Meadow (store brand) Grated Romano cheese. One had been opened by me and kept a week. Second usage ruined my spaghetti dish with green moldy cheese.Since they often price foods as "Must buy two" I checked the second jar before opening..;.the formerly white cheese was covered with RED mold.Key Food would not replace the cheeses. I had intended to store the replacements in my freezer.I had no receipt having bought the cheeses a month before and discarded the receipt. Lesson learned: I will save all receipts for a year, a big pain in the ass.I shop here because I live in the building, but the frequent screw-ups are enough to make me go farther, cheaper at Aldi's and Dollar Tree but they both involve buses.

they treat people on prices I already submit the picture with description not sure why it's not showing up here but it was a bottle Pellegrino water and a price says $2.99 but I tried to charge me at a register 349 plus deposit plus tax so ends up being even higher after I asked to talk to the manager the lady at the register points the man out I go over to his counter he was at a different register and I asked are you the manager he would not respond three times I asked trying to confirm if he's a manager without luck because he would not respond then he says what's the problem I show him the picture and how I'm being overcharged he would not help me he tried to say it's a price for a different thing but I'm like yeah maybe I don't see the fine print because I'm just looking at a price under the item on your shelf very bad service very disappointed do not recommend coming here will not come back myself

Staff is completely inappropriate towards young women, both customers and employees. The fact that many of the concerns have just been swept under the rug is disgusting. The men working here do not respect women and management participates in this or ignores it completely. Please try to shop other places and don’t give your money to these people.

Always great bargains - especially in this time of ever increasing prices - and the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

I have visited a few key foods. Esch one has its own distinct characteristics. They all have the same high quality merchandise. Except for sale items prices do seem to fluctuate from store to store.

Great food products but not fond of cashiers customer service.

Worse than CTown. The store is cramped and confusingly organized. Plus, they take sale items out of their normal aisles and put them in random displays around the store so you have to play treasure hunt with the circular. The cashiers seem to go out of their way to be rude. It's so weird.
