I think mostly of tourists for these reviews. But this one is for NY’ers too that don’t venture above double digit streets. This little place is a gem. It’s all about the views. Go with finger foods, drinks and good friends.

We were willing for mediocre food just to be on The Hudson River banks. They surprised us with very good food, excellent service, moderate prices - go!
La Marina is now The Hudson and still has the best outdoor seating in the city! Come down and try our great southern boiled seafood and slow smoked BBQ.

Let's be clear: Few people come to this spot right on the Hudson River just for the food - a mix of burgers and vegetarian-friendly dishes, plus barbecue and sushi. But they definitely come for the views, which can be enjoyed from both the covered pavilion with table service and the open self-service deck and are some of the best in the neighborhood. Face north to take in the Hudson and the Palisades, crisscrossed with a few sailboats. Turn south and you can stare at the George Washington Bridge and, if you time it right, the stunning sunset - their website conveniently lists the precise time every day.
