Our first time at Eataly NYC Flatiron and we went to LaPizza LaPasta. It was a wonderful experience with delicious food, beautiful surroundings and experienced and gracious staff. We had reservations at 6:00 and our table was ready. The service was exceptional. We will definitely go back when we visit the city in the future.

It took almost 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The food was not hot and fresh enough, like it didn’t feel that it was made on the spot. OK but nothing more than that. The prices are very high for an average restaurant and completely don’t worth it.

I had an amazing time at Pizza La Pasta it felt like being at home for Sunday dinner. The food was amazing. The level of service was outstanding. Melissa was our waitress. What a lovely girl she is, she is the best. She recommended the greatest wine and cuisine to us with great satisfaction. She truly brightened our day; she is a hilarious and compassionate individual. She gave my kids a sense of greatness. My kids loved her personality, patience and kindness! She added a particular touch to our trip to New York. We will definitely be back soon if you have the chance please stop by and ask for Melissa impeccable service!

Usually, a restaurant tip is between 15% to 18%, but here they start with 20% tip and go up to 25%. That is exaggerated! If they want a 20% tip they should use a wine measurer to pour wine by the glass. They don't pour enough wine if you order by the glass.

Had a great meal and time at La Pizza and La Pasta! Ordered some focaccia for the table which was delicious! So light and fluffy and salty. I got the margherita pizza for $20. It was delicious as well. Thin crust with a good amount of sauce and mozzarella.

I had the pleasure of dining at La Pizza e La Pasta this afternoon , and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The restaurant itself offered a warm and inviting atmosphere, transporting me straight to a cozy trattoria in Italy. However, the star of the show was undoubtedly the food. I opted for the Insalata di Rucola, and it was nothing short of delicious. The fresh arugula was perfectly complemented by the other ingredients, creating a well-balanced and flavorful dish. The portion size was also generous, leaving me comfortably satisfied. But what truly elevated my experience was the exceptional service provided by Melissa, my waitress. She was attentive and friendly, ensuring my every need was met with a smile. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her knowledge of the menu was impressive. Melissa's genuine warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home.Overall, La Pizza e La Pasta is a fantastic restaurant that offers delicious Italian cuisine and outstanding service. If you're looking for an authentic Italian dining experience, I highly recommend giving them a try. And if you're lucky enough to be seated in Melissa's section, you're in for an extra treat!

Pizza la Pasta was the true highlight to my trip to NYC. The service was beyond my expectations! And our waiter Melissa made it all happen. Melissa recommended the appropriate course based on her expertise with the menu and wine selection. Not only were our stomachs happy but our overall experience was remarkable and memorable. Melissa made our experience worth the while. Her humor was a plus!

One of my favorite spots in the city for Italian food! The noodles are fresh and delicious, and the white wine is crisp. This is one of the only Italian restaurants where I leave feeling light and satisfied rather than bloated!

Food was very good but the Marguerita Pizza unfortunately was lukewarm. The tricolore salad had an excellent dressing. Very noisy and crowded at lunch time. I would return but only at a less hectic time of day.

We came by for dinner during eataly's restaurant fest. I expected great service and good food from eataly, but I was pretty dissapointed. The service was slow and definitely nothing to write home about. The ambiance was lacking, it definitely felt like i was sitting in a supermarket having dinner. We ordered the bruschetta and zucchini fritters for appetizer. The bread for the bruschetta was great with the ricotta but the peas were not what I was expecting. The zucchini fritters were very forgettable... and they came out 5 minutes after the bruschetta. For entrees, we ordered the spaghetti arrabiata and it was just al dente I'll give you that, but definitely not worth the menu price for pasta. We also ordered the pizza with burrata on top - which came out 10 minutes after the pasta. The pizza was good, but this is NY and there are so many places you can get good pizza without a reservation... The tiramisu was the best part of the dinner, it was served table side and perfectly balanced. Overall, I don't understand why eataly is so popular honestly. Food, service, and ambiance were all subpar...

At 10 o'clock at night, with a nearly empty restaurant, my boyfriend and I were sat in the corner at a table by a dirty kitchen and server sink/shelf. It was for our anniversary, which I had made known and nothing was done to make us feel special or welcomed. If visiting as a person of color, I would recommend a different establishment to experience great dining. This place was not friendly.

La Pizza and La Pasta This very large, open, uber casual and energetic space is crammed with tourists and locals...it is located in the Italian food Mecca, after all. Even on a Tuesday evening, there was not an empty table in this cavernous eatery. Despite the crowd, our reservation (make a reservation or be prepared to WAIT, and WAIT) was timely and promptly honored. Our table of four really enjoyed the good, simply prepared, tasty offerings. The menu is full of Italian favorites, and variations thereof. Everything we ordered was savored. The kale salad was so fresh, well dressed and yummy. The calamari and zucchini were good. The pappardelle with mushrooms was delicious, al dente pasta in a scrumptiously flavorful mushroom sauce. The chicken Milanese was also great, simply prepared, tender and very lightly breaded. The pasta with seafood was good as was the rigatoni. The server was attentive and warm. We highly recommend this lively Italian eatery!

We were in NYC for a few days and stopped in for a quick bite and to pick up a few Italian specialty items and decided to give this restaurant a try. Had an amazing bread to start, followed by salad, pizza, and pasta dish. The service was incredible and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
