Stay away from this place!! The front desk staff (an Asian lady) was so rude. I asked my doctor to send my blood request somewhere other than LabCorp.

Checked in via the scanning machine, waited for 10 minutes and I was called in right away to get blood drawn. Very simple, easy and quick.

The receptionist was so unhelpful. When I walked in and was trying to speak to the receptionist to check in. He literally speaks nothing and pointed to the self check-in machine. The self check in machine was located very secondary of the lab.But fine, after I checked in. He was telling me that I need to pay 280 ish, which I am surprised because I have done the blood test before and it doesn’t charge me.I understand the insurance may change and I ask him to double check if the bills has included my insurance. He doesn’t bother to check at all.I would not recommend to go there and I amGlad he doesn’t do my blood work.

I had a blood test done at Labcorp yesterday and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The technician who performed the test was clearly inexperienced and botched the procedure, resulting in a large bruise that covered my entire arm. The procedure was painful and uncomfortable, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a medical facility, Labcorp should prioritize the training and qualifications of their staff. It is unacceptable for patients to be subjected to unnecessary pain and discomfort due to the incompetence of a technician. I would caution anyone considering using Labcorp for their healthcare needs to proceed with caution and be aware of the potential risks. Overall, my experience with Labcorp was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking quality medical care.

It's labcorp- not exactly sure what people's expectations are given how labwork places all have the same customer service, wait, issues. I've never had a problem with this particular labcorp; I usually do walk-in (because I never know when I will have fasted and appointments ahead of time are somewhat meaningless anyway) and register on one of the 2 kiosks they have, and am usually called within 10-15 minutes and am in and out in a breeze. Never had an issue with the skill of the phlebotomist, and the best part is that lab results are usually in my inbox less than 24 hrs later; for this particular routine bloodwork, i had mine done at 12:40p on a Tuesday and results were in my inbox by 732a. There really isn't much to complain about. Understaffing abounds everywhere, and attitudes of staff might be snappy here and there at all lab places, but at the end of the day, they're not paid enough to offer concierge-level smiles and warmth that people expect.

Very polite. Would recommend making an appointment as appointments are given priority over walk ins. Staff is very friendly.

I made an appointment to have my blood drawn. The office was almost empty but I still had to wait almost an hour to get a technician. The technician was competent and friendly, but the waiting time was outrageous. They are obviously understaffed. Go somewhere else.

Took my 6 year old here for doctor ordered bloodwork. They destroyed the blood sample by putting the wrong code on the test. Nobody at the lab notified us or the doctor’s office. The doctor had to call to find out what happened. We weren’t offered a refund and there was no follow up. Incompetent and negligent.
