There are only two staff members handling way too many people. I asked to speak with the receptionist and she insisted that I sign in at the kiosk and then walked away to draw blood.

Ana Paulino was able to get my bloodwork done very quickly when I tried this Labcorp after two other individuals were not able to draw my blood at another location.

Just had an awesome blood work appointment with Ana Paulino and she was amazing. I have small veins that run quite deep and every time I have to get blood work it can be a really overwhelming process with practitioners needing multiple tries to prick the vein. Ana did it right away on 1 try and with a baby needle at that, she was so professional and truly an expert. Will be sure to come back again for my next appointment just for Ana.

I went with a prescription but no appointment. I waited about 7 minutes and was brought in for sample collections.The receptionist and the phlebotomist were both very professional and courteous. I was in and out in no time and was provided a billing breakdown so I knew how much the tests would cost before they were completed.

Kinda surprised about the number of negative reviews. Maybe like most places, depends how lucky you get with who’s working that day.My anecdotal story - Tuesday 9:45 am arrival, checked in at kiosk, front desk merged my multiple requests from talktomira (health ins alternative), got routine blood work done, was out by 10:10.Only 2 people were ahead of me. Didn’t have a booked appointment.

Had to come in to get some blood tests and Ana Paulino was amazing! I told her I was terrified and needles and she kept me calm throughout the whole process. She kept talking to me to keep me distracted and I truly appreciated it that!

BEWARE - broken scale cancels appt!!! I rarely review, but I just had to report that the process here is extremely disappointing. I had a previously scheduled appointment, had to walk almost an hour crosstown only to be told that my appointment could not be conducted because of a broken scale. I read one previous review that mentioned this and I called ahead, but never received a phone call back. I was told at the front desk that they do not get messages. I find this completely unacceptable especially since I had an appointment already scheduled and called before as well. The time and effort wasted negates any benefit for trying to do the wellness test in the first place. Recommendation to other patients - go elsewhere! Feedback to LabCorp - get a scale, get a phone that people can call, and start thinking about customer service.NOTE: the front desk also tried calling her supervisor repeatedly, and she never answered. And please call your other patients with appointments!!UPDATE: As expected I received a cut-and-paste response from LabCorp on this review. It is the same exact response for all the negative reviews here saying they will look into it (most likely an automated bot or someone just pressing a button). I will believe it when I read a personalized response that something was actually done - like fixing their scale and calling their patients! Still unacceptable and unprofessional.

This place is such a joke. I had an appointment here to do my annual wellness screening for my employer. After arriving at the appointment and waiting for 15 minutes, they called me up to the desk to tell me they couldn't do my appointment because the scale was broken...so this location is part of Mount Sinai West hospital system and within a building of doctors so that fact that they couldn't do my assessment because one scale is broken is BEYOND me. Get help.

I have been here twice in the last month and my experience has been very positive. The person who checked me in and drew my blood me was very kind and willing to explain and help me with some minor issues with the order. The service was prompt and attentive.

Shocked at how wonderful this visit was. They were KIND!!!! Effecient and blood sample went with great and ease. It is difficult to get blood from me, small veins etc. and the tech was AMAZING.

They don't answer the phone nor are they organized. They had me waiting 45 minutes as they said they never got my script which was sent at 9 am. I forwarded it and they never got it. No ac and 90 degrees an awful experience find another lab.

I took my mom here after her doctors visit in the same building. Upon arrival there were about 20 patients in the waiting area and not enough seats to accommodate everyone so we had to stand the entire time. The phlebotomist onsite "Laura" was extremely rude and condescending. She purposely ignore both my inquires and those of other patients. After waiting about 2 hours I went upstairs to the doctors office to update them of the situation. Coincidentally, she calls my mothers name while I was gone but my mom did not have the prescription on her (it was in my pocket) I informed her over the phone that I was on my way down. When I got back, I noticed she was calling other patients behind us. I asked her what was going on but she ignored me. After another 20 mins it became obvious to me that she moved my mom to the back of the list again. I went back upstairs to our doctors office to let them know what was happening at Labcorp. While I was gone, she berated my elderly mother in front of other patients in the waiting area, she told her that she will not draw her blood because I went upstairs to complain. What upsets me the most is the fact that she did this knowing that my mother does not speak English. When I got back my mom was so horrified that she no longer felt comfortable getting the bloodwork done at this location, I asked for a supervisor but conveniently enough there was no supervisor onsite. This is absolutely unacceptable; I cannot believe that this phlebotomist would deny care to an elderly patient even if she had an issue with her son. I have never witness anything more unprofessional. If someone in Labcorp is reading this do not issue an apology instead please send this individual to training so nobody else will have to endure this type of treatment. I hope my review resonates with the community, it's 2022 we should treat each other with love and respect there is no place for this type of behavior.

I came here for a routine blood draw and made an appointment ahead of time online. I had to wait about 10 mins to be seen, but once seen was in and out very quickly. Results were ready in less than 2 days to view online. Staff weren't overtly friendly or happy, but were not rude or mean either and were able to get the check-in process completed quickly.

Came for routine bloodwork on a Friday at 2:15pm, was seen right away, the phlebotomist was friendly and the blood draw was painless. One of my best experiences at Labcorp.
