Excellent client service. I was attended to by Noemi, I didn't have to wait almost anything for them to call me and prepare me for the service. In my case they had to draw a lot of blood, and the staff (Noemi) made sure I stayed hydrated by providing me with water. I was even asked to wait a few minutes before leaving to anticipate any problems that may entail drawing a large amount of blood for analysis. Everyone was friendly, empathetic, and professional. The best labcorp in New York./Excellent costumer service. I was attended by Noemi, I didn't have to wait at all for them to call me and prepare me. In my case, they had to draw a lot of blood, Noemi made sure that I stayed hydrated by giving me water. They even asked me to stay for a few minutes before leaving to anticipate any problem that comes when there's a large amount of blood being drawn. All of them were warm, professional and kind. The best labcorp in New york city.

One of the best Labcorp in the city, hands down. I have been to others and what a nightmare, there could be 3 patients waiting for lab work to be done in a location near me and you will be waiting for an hour (eye roll). It seems as though they do everything and anything they can NOT to help you or draw your blood. Attitude like why are you here? Names? We don't have in the system, call doc office and they say we sent in a week ago. I don't see it in our system, email it, email it to me again. This location, I walk in, I am greeted, there is a concierge (tech with Superman mask on) at check-in kiosk HELPING you, about 7 patients (one with an issue at the front desk). Afterward, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Easy peasy. Phlebotomist was extremely gentle and quick. I just wish I lived closer. My location, the should just have robots draw your blood after you check in on the kiosk, it would be friendlier, more helpful and faster.

Probably the best labcorp location in the city. 20 minutes in and out with an appointment and a difficult vein to find. Kind and experienced staff. Skip the others locations and save time.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone there, except for billing matters, and ask anything about cost, process, or anything else.

Do not get your blood draw done here. I gave my paperwork to one of the staff and he gave it to his colleague. I thought I had resolved my small balance of 33. 43; however, it still needed to be paid. The man yelled so loud, you have a outstanding balance, how would you like to pay? Then proceeded to come from behind the plexi glass/desk to collect my card. He was too close in my personal space and obnoxious. You would've thought his last name was Labcorp. I told the man who initially took my paperwork that the man who processed my payment was not going to touch me. If I had time to go elsewhere for my labs, I would have! Never again!

We took our one year old to draw his blood and the staff was amazing. From the person who greeted us to our technician, everyone was kind and helpful. Thank you!

The service was great and fast. I got my results the following day to find that one of the order were wrong. The doctor hand written the order for a hep B QUANTITATIVE but they administered a QUALITIATIVE. I called after and said, you guys made that mistake and was told to come back in. The only time I was able to go in was before work to get this corrected, as this was a huge inconvenience. I was also told that I wasn't going to be billed on the call and on the second visit. Behold, a month later, I received a bill stating I owed for the QUANTITATIVE test when I already paid for their mistake of doing the qualitative. Called to the billing office and they literally told me I had to call my doctor's office and have them pay when they made that mistake. I told them, "no, he hand written that order and it wasn't an electronic" I was put on hold for 25 mins so the supervisor could take a look into this. This has wasted time and energy because someone there could not read (mind you, the order was neatly written. You couldn't missed it if you tried, only if you assumed).

I ended up at this location after being turned away at both a Newark and Bayonne location. At Newark, they locked the doors early before closing time. At Bayonne, they stopped accepting walk-ins "after a certain time." Here, not only were they open later as opposed to 11am and 12pm (to better accommodate people who work full-time M-F), but they saw me very quickly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Also, the person who drew the blood was nice and the other person who greeted me was friendly and tended to me right away. The Newark and Bayonne locations could learn a lot from this location. Just a shame they aren't closer to me. I'm done dealing with labcorp directly after today, but at least happy that I ended up in good hands by the end.

The lab corp receptionist on the morning of 2/26/22 is very good. Even with the fire alarm test going off, she remained calm and patient, helping call my doctor to clarify my test. Please reward her.

I went to Labcorp early on a Saturday morning and was extremely disappointed. They were very short-staffed and too crowded for a covid waiting room. Additionally there was no cleaning at all between patients. Pretty shocking considering they are hospital-based. Never again.

I did routine blood work today at this location. I cannot say how thankful I was with my experience. I am usually very anxious before this procedure to the point that I make myself feel sick.I was lucky to have Marnita draw my blood. She was a blessing; very sweet and understanding of my nerves. She is a candid and professional Phlebotomist. She was not only empathetic but an expert in the way she inserted and removed the needle from my arm (minimal pain). She talked to me through the process. I absolutely loved her. Even though work ethic and behavior such as hers is to be expected from everyone in the healthcare system, sadly it isn’t the case. Hence, her professionalism is exemplary. I highly recommend this location and Marnita for your phlebotomy needs.
