I'm happy with my experience purchasing a sofa at Lazzoni. I've been looking for a new sofa for a while and friends have recently purchased theirs from Lazzoni so I went to the Chelsea store to see what they have.Guleycan and Behzat were extremely helpful in showing me all the options in the showroom and also mocking up what the sofas would look like with custom fabric. They were very precise in recommending options that truly fit my space by making sure we measured the space and how the sofa would fit.Build and delivery took 10 weeks but it was well worth the wait. The time frame was communicated to me up front so there was no surprise. I landed on the Panna three seater and it fits perfectly in my apartment. It's especially a huge hit for movie nights with the adjustable back. The design is beautiful and elegant!

Several of our friends bought furnitures from Lazzoni so we knew of the high quality and clean, modern styles. Our experience from start to finish was great. They always recognized our faces ever since we went into the store for the first time. The entire team is very hospitable, patient, and took care of us from start to finish. These are high-end, luxury furniture with hospitality to match. We went into the showroom many times to test out different couches and see different colors and variations, and never felt pushed or impatience from anyone. We wanted design opinions, which Birce was very helpful with, and she also provided designs and rendering according to our floor plan very quickly. Even the white glove service team was courteous and prompt in setting up our furnitures without any problems. Highly recommend!

Updating my previous review. Eren reached out to me and we noticed it was a miscommunication. He promptly directed me to the correct department and they came in and repaired my issue. Now it's even better than before. I would highly recommend Lazzoni. Great sofa and the service has been top notch!

The Lazzoni showroom is beautiful! The design and quality of the furniture is excellent. Mehmet Can Akin helped me select a table for a client of mine, he was extremely courteous and professional. We went with the Mons table - it was a great price and very good lead-time. My client just received it and loves it! I definitely recommend Lazzoni, and working with Mehmet!

Lazzoni Chelsea not only has the most gorgeous furniture but the hospitality is above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. Azad Gun and his amazing team were incredibly helpful for an event The Geils Team and DePloy held there last night 11/2/23. We are incredibly thankful for their graciousness. It’s worth a visit and enjoy a Turkish coffee with Azad!
