Came here for the burger, which is only served in limited quantities at the bar, and it was wonderful. As was the crab Wellington which was stuffed with crab and had the most amazingly crisp pastry. The service makes you feel cared for and is fine dining focused without feeling cold.

The worst customer service experience of my entire life. My wife and I are both sick and the restaurant charged us $200 for cancelling our reservation - even though the reservation was cancelled the morning of. When we called, they were completely inflexible. Horrible.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We tried to move our reservation and they charged us $200. When We called to say we needed to change plans b/c we were sick, they said tough. Jaw droppingly rude.

A very special restaurant and dining experience, I would highly recommend Le B! This is our second visit and it was even better than our first. Chef Angie Mar is extremely talented and it shows in every dish. Staff is incredibly talented as well; huge shoutout to Emily who made our dinner extra special!!

This was just missing something. Every dish was good, sort of. But every bite was the same. There’s no variation within dishes, at all. Every one is just a protein surrounded by a very rich sauce. And that’s it. Here’s some salmon with a very rich cream sauce. Here’s a crab pastry with a very rich butter sauce. Here’s some whatever with a very rich Demi-glacé. And there’s really nothing more to each dish. There’s nothing else on the plate. By the end, it’s exhausting to finish each one. They’re great for a bite or two but then they just get boring because there’s no variation.

I graced Le B with a walk in at opening and desired to eat dinner at the bar. When asked if I had a reservation, I found redundant due to the availability of their Resy page. (which had a 100$ Cancellation fee) After asking my phone# they knew who I was, which just solidify my expendable presentiment. Seated in the corner, under an over grown wilting bouquet, gifted with a menu with lack of a whisper. The bar being my preferred residence, I have to say service was lack luster. Stoic and silence, graced my presence. Was I wanted or warranted, I felt not. They had my favorite Pastis, which was overly enjoyed due to its under appreciated existence, even hard to find in Paris. (But IYKYK it is the best Pastis). Champagne was served by the glass and flat, but followed by a well made cocktail. Deviled eggs while somewhat tasty, not worthy of the name. Nicely present, poorly expressed. The salad was breaking excitement of an interest. It had something that made me feel, and not just a baseline of what you would expect. Now the burger, which was good but not great, I feel that you have all the pieces but the puzzle is not complete. Work our your toping and everything else, but maybe are you wasting the meat with as is. Why listen to no body, who knows more than most. Also, when serving chartreuse VEP your bar tenders should know how to chill a glass properly, on top of entertaining a guest. Especially whilst the restaurant being as dismally occupied . I left an overly generous tip and review. Lastly, my wishes are your success, and c'est la vie.

Angie Mar is a culinary star. Le B is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Gorgeous space, impeccable service and the food is divine - with a number of dishes not found elsewhere. It's also a great place to stop in for a drink.

Le B is incredible. Frequent diners of the Beatrice Inn, we were excited to finally try Le B. We sat at the bar early on a Saturday evening and had a blast. Isha and Emily were so warm and wonderful in every interaction we had with them, and Chef even came out to greet us and tell us our order was superb. I can't wait to go back.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in the country. If one’s expectations aren’t met at Le B, I’m not sure how they’ll ever be satisfied anywhere. I have traveled 5 hours both ways in a single day to mark special occasions at Le Trois Cheveaux and now Le B. They have retained their core staff for years and the dedication shows in the attentive service. Even so, I could eat Chef Angie Mar’s food sitting on the sidewalk with my hands, and it would still be luxurious. This is more than a meal, it is an event unto itself.

Beautiful restaurant. Domingo at the bar is warm, welcoming, and a great advisor on the menu. Honestly, I was bummed because I thought I made a reservation for a table not the bar (my fault) but so happy I did. The duck is amazing, the pumpkin soup is to die for.
