Had probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had in New York City. Totally forgot my order. Twice. Then when they finally came through they did the order wrong.

Great breakfast place! Jeff served our table and did an amazing job! My mom and I visited NYC from Seattle and met our friends here for breakfast. Wonderful experience!

2 stars are solely for the food and atmosphere. The place looks beautiful and the food is great for what you pay for.The male cashier that was taking my order was incredibly rude. It was my first time here as I just stopped inside to grab an iced drink. I asked the cashier if they had regular iced coffee, he looked at me and said only cold brew. That's fine. I instead asked to get an iced sweet tea. He gave me a dirty look and said the sugar is over there (in a small vestibule right by the doorway.) As I was taking out my card to pay he sighed, tapped on the card reader, and walked off. I chose not to tip due to his behavior, he muttered "great..." while rolling his eyes. While it's a nice place indoors, wouldn't be back for the service alone.

For those who like Le Pain this is a good one in terms of size and location, specifically when is warm and you can sit outside. Service is good and my favorite choice is soft boiled eggs that come with delicious breads on the side. You can also ask for some spreads.

Waited 30 minutes for this lol. Food is over priced and not good. Reminds me of low quality airport food.

The worst branch from all the LPQ in NYC. The servers there are so slow. Took 20 mn to get the bills, they actually don’t show you the total amount, they swipe your card straight up. When asked for a receipt it took another 20 minutes. One manager there was so rude we had to leave. Those workers there seems miserable and totally unprofessional. This is a place to skip.

It was freezing outside, so a friend and I came in to grab a hot chocolate and sit for a while. The atmosphere is pretty plain compared to other nyc bakeries and cafes but overall clean. We came in and ordered our hot chocolates, one small and one large. The baristas weren’t for conversation but that’s totally okay. I asked if we could please have our hot chocolates in the mugs as I saw some other parties sitting with mugs. She told me no. Alrighty.I heard the milk burn under the espresso machine steam wand, so that wasn’t a great sign. After paying $14 then a $3 tip for two hot chocolates, it tasted like hot milk. No sweetness and no chocolate. We tried to add some raw sugar which didn’t help. It’s hard to screw up a hot chocolate but it was the worst I had ever had.

Food was delicious and the place is pretty cool because everything is made of wood. The only thing that's wrong is the price for the portions.

I got food poisoning from a sandwich order. I actually think my food was tampered with on purpose. When I emailed management to notify them, I never received a response. Do not go to any of their locations. I’ve also had other bad experiences at other locations. They do not have great customer service and are racist.
