Love this non-chain pharmacy. Personal service, a pharmacist who answers the phone...helpful ladies that always make me laugh...what more can one ask for. I hope they never close and turn into a Walgreens.

Located just steps away from the historic Harlem Hospital, it is ironic that the most accessible pharmacy in the neighborhood, Lenox Terrace, is run by Middle Eastern/Indian pharmacist who are condescending, indifferent and bigoted individuals. Yes, they have blacks working the counter and other service jobs, but they do not have any respect for their largely minority clientele.When it comes to commercial establishments, the word accommodating, comes to mind. However, it would appear that such courtesy is completely foreign to the male pharmacists of Lenox Terrace Pharmacy . Best advice, go elsewhere, if you have the option. Presently, undergoing cancer treatment, I am trapped for the moment.

This is definitely a neighborhood gem. Staff is always kind, and they get scripts ready faster than any pharmacy I've been to. It's also great for any little household essentials you need. I'll miss this place when I leave the area.

This Pharmacy is the worst. Rude unprofessional person that works there is rude and will be the reason I never use this pharmacy again for 2nd time.I called to have my prescription delivered twice. Once on Saturday for Monday.I was told I had to wait for Tuesday.which I did plus I called Monday to confirm. Still didnt get delivered. Plus I had to go out my way on a work day to pick my prescription. This pharmacy sucks and I will never use them again.

Usually a great place. But I bought an asthma pump there and when I opened the box (at home) the pump had 150 uses. The pump had very little medicine. Otherwise, a great pharmacy.

I have been coming to this pharmacy since I was a child. The staff was and still helpful and courteous to all the customers that ask for help.I recently had to pick up medication and the pharmacy was closing but there was a clerk who let me in. And I will never forget how I was treated when the pharmacy was closing. No one was impatient or irritated with me. To me with that type of customer service given, means so much to the community. In addition I went back to the pharmacy to get my COVID vaccination. And on this day the vibe was no different, the staff was professional and friendly while administering the shots. Thank you Lenox Terrace Pharmacy for being in my life.

The ladies at the front desk are very helpful, friendly and nice. I have done a research to find out a good pharmacy to pick up my prescription given that there are so many low-rated places out there. I also went a longer way to get here, but it worthies it.
