If I could give 0 stars in my reviewI would so one star will have to suffice but it’s really a zero star rating!The staff practiced bad customer service. We were looking at a hat in the clearance section for $10 and left for 15 minutes and returned to purchase it and when we returned the staff told us we couldn’t get the sale price anymore. There were no apologies or explanations except “you should have purchased the hat when you came in before “. It was literally 15 mins between the time we had initially entered the store. Very disappointing. You would think that Lids would have made an accommodation to retain a good customer. Is this Lid’s policy? If so you should change it and train your staff accordingly.

Bought a Brooklyn Dodger hat here and paid cash. One of the cashier gave me an incorrect amount of change. I asked for a receipt before and he said it's only email. My phone was dead at that moment. I found out later that he gave me a change of $1.01 but it was supposed to be $7.01. I'm already gone from the area but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This is an appreciation post specifically for HALIM!! I had a very specific custom ask and Halim was immediately on board with making it happen. His service was definitely 5-Star worthy (and I've had reeeeally mixed results at Lids). Took off one star for the store bc they didn't have the color hat I wanted (but we found a suitable replacement). THANKS, HALIM! (Aside to Halim's bosses: give him a raise)

The service was absolutely amazing, I felt very welcomed the second I walked into the store as the employees complimented me and made jokes with me, there was such a wide selection of hats and other sports gear, when buying a hat, I had dropped a $20,” bill, One of the employees let me know and I was very appreciative. The service was so good that I decided to engrave my other hat with my last name, there was such a wide selection of fonts and colors. The engraving turned out perfectly and only coasted $15. Overall amazing service and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The store is small but normal size in comparison to other Lids stores. They have a great selection of hrs and can customize to your unique style. We came in and found the exact hat we had been looking for at other Lids locations. We were happy to find it but the best part was finding Ash. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. It was crazy busy but she still managed to give us superior service and make sure we got everything we needed. Thank you Ash!

Chris was an exceptional employee he helped me and my friend find the perfect hat for our husbands. He took his time to show us several of the exclusive hats and was really knowledgeable about them. He was also very kind and we thank you for all your help. You did Amazing!!

The assistant Manger Maximo Was our highlight of this store. He stopped what he was doing to help us, and assisted us with the best design for our hats. He was very welcoming and informative. He practically ran the store alone and even though it was non stop plp he made sure to welcome and help everyone. Ty for our customizations ! Maximo is the best!

Unfortunately I wanted to buy two hats yesterday. The second was 50% off. After I purchased I came back only 10 minutes later and said I wanted to exchange one of the two hats for another.There were two employees in the shop. The first employee I spoke to said very rudely and harshly that they would not do this. I told the second employee the same thing and he accepted. but then the first employee came to him and said something then suddenly the second employee change his mind and said that it would not be possible. this is a complete disgrace. When I wanted to return the hats, they rudely refused my request. Contrary to what is written on the back of the invoice, they refused my return request because I used the hat for 10 minutes and harshly stated that I tried my luck in another lids branch.On top of that, I told the first employee that I wanted to talk to the manager. He respond me that he is the boss at this branch. Obviously, the first employee who works as a boss has a pathetic life and is trying to forget this with the authority he has established over other employees. what a pain.In order to report this issue as a report, I asked him to give me an e-mail address and write his name and surname and give it to me. He gave me an email address and his own name. He said that I could write this issue there. I bet it was his own email address. I couldn't stay there any longer after what happened. On the other hand, when I went to another lids branch with my same requests, they politely accepted and carried out my transaction.I will never shop with lids ever again. they need to learn how to hire. I do not recommend it in any way.

Legit, I hate this place. My first time there to get a hat for my kid because he outgrew his old one.Staff member was talking amounts themselves. Great way to ignore people that have a question. I asked for kids hats and what the next size up, dude just mumbled and we right back to talking to the other workers. If I knew where it was, I wouldn't ask. He would be out of a job. Avoid this place.
