I love many of the designs and that it is made in France. However, I can’t bring myself to buy anything else from here of value because of poor attention to detail, quality control and damage. Our console table arrived with a leg not fully painted/polished which was a quality control issue. Then the art we ordered was chipped even though it was shipped in a very well padded box (quality control).They also have tremendous difficulty figuring out how to ship items. One associate wanted freight shipping charges for a 5lb small box saying they would want it damaged by regular shipping. I can’t recommend buying anything from Lignet-Roset, and if you do, it is good to accept that damage and poor QC are part of the deal.

My experience with Flora was excellent for start to finish! She has unbelievable customer service skills and follow up. My purchase was a custom order and she kept me updated throughout the process and when there was a hiccup which was out of my control she happily helped out and rectified the problem. Flora is an asset to the Line Roset store and I would recommend asking for her when doing business with Ligne Roset.

Poor customer service, ordered media cabinet, 2 ottomans and a coffee table last August. Some of the items were to be delivered today while the media cabinet is delayed. One of the ottomans was missing after all that wait. Product has great design and quality but not worth the hassle.

They made a 3d model and were very helpful and patient. I furnished my living room from them. Their delivery and assembly guys were not as good as the store staff.

Lousy customer service. I was told delivery would be in 2 weeks. No call was forthcoming on delivery date. Despite calling every day to check on status and being told I’d receive a call... nothing. To date.

This is a very expensive modern furniture store. The designs and quality of the furniture is excellent. The service responsiveness at the NY location is abysmal. I have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails to the manager Kevin who is both rude when you get him and unresponsive most of the time. They promote and sell, likely with commission, a furniture warranty product by Guardsman. Guardsmen themselves already have an industry reputation of complaints, service and responsiveness issues. The better business sites are packed with disappointing comments. Ligne does not stand behind the product they sell and says Guardsman is not their responsibility. If you decide to purchase this expensive furniture do not purchase a warranty product from Ligne or Guardman. It's like throwing money in a trash can.

Spent over 18k in their store and the follow-up customer service has been atrocious. I called two different times to try to get information on cleaning procedure for the fabric that they covered my sofa in and the "customer service" person just kept telling me that the fabric is discontinued and use soap and water or get an estimate from an upholstery cleaner. The last professional put the stain on my sofa I am trying to remove... Ligne Roset has gone downhill since they were bought out.

If there is an option to give a 0 on the scale, I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service you can find. Everything up to the purchase was very easy, until they get your money. I understand COVID has had a huge impact on supply chain around the world and we should all be more understanding, however the company should take that into consideration when providing an ETA to customers. I ordered my sofa with an original ETA to the LOCAL warehouse in 20-22 weeks. Tried calling every 2 months to check in and now the latest ETA is it will ship from oversea facility in week 27 and arrive at local warehouse around week 30 without ever reaching out and providing an update! Absolutely horrific!!! The worst part is the sales representative at this store told me he needs to attend to a new customer visiting and hung up! Absolutely the worst service... I will never buy anything from this company/store again.

I’ve had two issues with pieces purchased from them...for one they simply said they couldn’t help, for another they first blamed me (!)...then said they’d get back to me but never did despite several followups. For the price—and the tens of thousands I spent—the service should be far better. I’ll never go back.

The Ligne Roset furniture store reopened today under new professional ownership at 250 Park Avenue South. The sales team is outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable about the product collection. Friendly customer service. The products in the store show the latest color trends. I can’t wait to go back to the store!
