A top-tier gallery with over 60 artists. Opened in 1967, it pioneered the careers of major minimalist and conceptual artists, and now even houses young artists such as Cory Arcangel and Laure Prouvost. Roy Colmer's work, which archives New York City's buildings through photographs, seems to be a lot of fun for New Yorkers.

Beautiful gallery space, amazing exhibit, wonderful staff. I went to see the work of Hélio Oiticica and was blown away. The space really allows for you to be submersed in the artist’s world. I can’t wait to go back for the next show.

In brief, Lisson Gallery succeeds well in showcasing artists shown. They're not afraid to bring on an artist whose work veers away from the typical. I was incredibly impressed with how well Ryan Gander's exhibition was executed.
