I love L’Occitane, but didn’t have a great experience at this store. One of the salespeople was very irked that I was recycling so many beauty/skincare empties, and sat and watched me closely and irritably as I later roamed around the store, looking to make a purchase. I ultimately bought something, but I left feeling put off by her rude behavior.

I cannot stress how much I love the L'Occitane brand and it’s wonderful members! I’ll get to the products later. The workers I met at the World Trade Center were so nice and welcoming! I only met them once but I think of them as family. I want to go back for them alone. Ok now the gorgeous products. I’ve gotten a bunch of products and everything is so moisturizing! Although it’s just one of their smaller products, my personal favorites are their lip care products and their hair care products. My lips stay moisturized all day and night and smell great! With the shampoo and conditioner my hair is incredibly soft and I can’t stop sniffing my own hair. I’m only 19 but their moisturizers make me look and feel younger thanks to their main ingredient which I was given. They use immortelle flowers for immortal youth! Don’t even get me started on their refusal of animal testing and the fact that they encourage recycling their products! They make their products refillable so you don’t have to discard their containers every time! I’m in love with this brand and the employees. You will not regret buying from this brand. Not only is it luxurious but it’s also morally luxurious.

Just picked up my online order same day. Store was busy but very nice and organized. Manager Jill was so attentive and kind! She also knew my orders were to be gifted and made sure I leave the store with extra gift bags and wrapping tissues. Best place to shop gifts!

Love their products but hate their inflexibility on return policy and horrible customer service attitude. They refused to let me return a bottle of perfume just because I opened the small bonus gift bag (containing just sample items) that don’t even need re-packaging. Even I said I could pay for the gift bag itself, they still did not allow me to return the perfume. Since then I found goood quality dupes and see many of their stores closed in the city. They can’t just win customers by simply having good quality

Have to wait and waste 10min of my life for the sales person to finish chatting(some gossiping) with the customer before me. Only one register and it is occupied this way. This is very rude and disrespectful.

I don't go to stores that often now for reasons we all understand but this trip was very very pleasant. I entered the store 7 minutes before closure but I did not feel rushed at all. Jillian offer assistance only after I clearly felt and looked lost. She was very efficient, pleasant and professional and gave me complimentary gift! Thank you for being so nice!

I really hope the rude lady who aggressively asked us if we were vaccinated before we barely got into the store isn’t the manager. Unknowingly speaking to 3 retail managers to two of the biggest beauty retailers, we would’ve gladly given her a lesson on how to appropriately speak to guests.
