I was hesitant to come to this store but ended up coming because it was the closest to my job. No regrets. Fanny helped me, was patient and very professional! Loved my purchase! Will go back and shop with Fanny! She made my experience 100% better

Oh I can’t praise enough the people working here …Imran the manager so kind and has so much patience. . I was there at the store last year and he helped me with a bag purchase . And when I wanted a pair of boots I was looking for and was out of stock he guided me towards another one which was very similar and I didn’t notice it as much on Louis Vuitton website. Not only that he connected me to another lovely store representative Kai who is so so pleasant to talk and resourceful as well. Have been shopping at luxury stores for decades but this kind of customer service is not everywhere you go. So I made sure I give a review. Anyone who wants to get a Louis Vuitton and want to add a comfortable and happy experience to it must stop by at this location or call and ask for Imran and Kai!!

The workers here are the reason for the negative review. The most uncomfortable atmosphere with unfriendly retail workers. I tried getting the attention of one worker and she completely ignored me even tho I was 5 feet in front of her. I think they let working at a high end retail store get to their heads because they really act even lower than low class lmfao. Last time I checked I got my LV from an actual store, and not from Canal Street!! But anyways BLM right???I also read how the black workers love to racially profile, I just find it funny how they are doing what they don’t like done to them, oops.

Visited NY for the first time from VA and tried my luck with hot stamping my Neverfull. I called initially and the lady on the phone checked the particular branch for me to confirm if they can do a walk in and they did. Walked over and sure enough I was able to have my initials hot stamped! Amazing customer service and special shout out to the gentleman that did the hot stamping himself. Bravo and keep up the amazing customer service!

very kind staff. i had a wish to have a new york stamp on my louis vuitton passport holder (i collect them). The employee was very kind and in about ten minutes he satisfied me.

Most of the time I stop by this store and check what news, they just gave me cold vibes. The staff just talked to each other and don't care if customers have a question.

My wife and I bought bags from this store last year, and we went back to this store last week to buy another one. When the receptionist was patiently testing the bags for us, a female salesperson brought a few bottles of bottled water to the customers. Although these customers hadn’t bought them, she gave them to everyone present, except us and other Asian guys .In front of us, she would rather give the extra bottle of water to the little brother at the front desk than ask if we need water. After I saw it, I told that guy,sorry, let's think about it again and come back later. It's not that it's not racism, what is. I will never go to this store again, and I will try not to buy any LV products

David is so great! My card had some issues and I had to waste time with the bank to get my purchase approved. He helped me along the way and was so patient and helpful. I will definitely visit this store next time.

The Louis Vuitton at Macy's Herald Square lax customer service. There is absolutely zero reason to ever shop here.I came here looking to get a bag for my daughter and they didn't have it, but the attitude of the staff was despicable .They told me that they couldn't let anybody else in and to come back in 30 minutes. Well after coming back twice and over an hour later, I just left I'm assuming they don't know how to tell time or clearly don't know what they're doing. It was a waste of time .

I bought a scarf at the store in cash on 1/11 and asked them to shipped it to my address. I asked the Sales Jasmine who was helping me the whole time,how long it would take to arrive and whether it was in stock. She replied that it would be delivered in about two or three days and then she sent a text message to my phone saying that this is her contact information and she will text me when the Tracking Number comes out. I haven't received any message from Jasmine or email from LV in the past week,she never responded to my texts either. Yesterday I called Client Service and they told me my order was cancelled, and I was told the reason for the cancellation was because she ordered me a scarf that I didn't ask for. Overall it sucks because I made a point at checkout that it was a New Years gift and I bought it two weeks early because I didn't want any mistakes. Turns out something so simple can be screwed up

I visited the store on a weekday evening, there was probably a couple of other customers in the store, but no one was being helped. I was looking for an accessory and I approached a rep on the top floor, she was rude and could not be bothered, she wouldn't even check the stock. I went downstairs to ask for the same product and the man pretended to check inventory. When I noticed he wasn't really checking, I decided to spend my money elsewhere. Worst customer service ever, don't bother spending your time or money here.

It was my first time at the Louis Vuitton in this location. Ms. Cheyanne was the best! Called me to let me know my bag ready. Made an appointment with her and she was so nice and attentive once I arrived. She had the bag ready and let me try it on in front of the full body mirror. Asked me if I needed anything else and was courteous all the way through checkout. She was even helping to train a new LV employee and was nice her too. Some tips for shopping with LV:• If you need something that is out of stock online, call the stores. Sometimes they have the item in store.• Make an appointment before visiting the store. You're not allowed to look / shop around LV without a client advisor. They will put you on the list once you get to the door. Wait times will vary obviously. It's better to have an appointment and know you will have a CA ready when it's your turn.
