I arrived to the Flatiron store at exactly 4:40pm, 20 minutes before closing time. The door was locked and the two “salesgirls” were sitting inside staring at their cell phones. I taped on the glass door to get their attention and they signaled back that the store was closed already. With 20 minutes remaining in the work day, they refused to let me. It made me think that this business was not being managed competently and perhaps this would manifest in Customer support as well.Not a good first impression !

It took FOREVER to pick a couch we wanted lol, so I’m glad Lovesac exists because we were able to just build the exact couch we wanted with custom made fabric we wanted. We visited A LOT of furniture stores and most couches we saw were either not super comfortable or didn’t have the look we were hoping for or didn’t have the fabric color options or were super expensive. Getting a Lovesac couch was the best decision ever - you can literally build your own couch and then take it apart and rebuild it in a different way or add extra pieces later on if you want to expand the couch for a bigger space. It’s also fun to assemble - kind of like Lego but with bigger pieces. Fabric is washable and replaceable (so you can even switch couch colors every year if you want). Super easy to assemble and got delivered like 3 weeks earlier than promised, which was amazing (there’s a longer wait for custom-made couches but any regular colors you can get in a week or two max). Anyway, we’re OBSESSED!

Bizarre! You must pay for each piece of the furniture… a la carte. The price is, we’ll just say too high for sacks. The staff seemed unsure and they use blocks to create sofa scenarios. We had to keep asking for a review of the scenario. Waste of time. ???. Asked for a restroom and was directed to a restaurant across the street. Wow…for a place that sells their baseline small sofa for almost 4K. Joke??☠️

I had the pleasure of working with Dee at the Broadway location. She made my entire shopping experience so great. From the minute we walked through the door she greeted us with a smile and was just so nice and welcoming. Since this was such a large purchase, I did take my time making decisions on cushion fill, configurations and covers. I kept going back and forth on fabrics and colors. I kept going back and sitting down on the floor samples and was super indecisive on covers, had a billion questions. Dee remained patient, understanding and full of extremely helpful hints, throughout. I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable. She went above and beyond to ensure that I loved the pieces I picked and that I understood clearly all the great features of the Sactional. My showroom/shopping experience was amazing. Thank you, Dee!

I was there yesterday and I agree with reviews..service was off putting. I got the feeling that they thought I wasn't a serious shopper. I was then but now I'm not.

Sactional is well made but, it took us 3 days to put 6 sections together. The vertical sides were very painful on our hands to pull the fabric to cover the forms. Then some of the sections were extremely difficult to fit together. We're afraid to separate them now because it was so difficult to get them together. Love the feel and look of the couch but it's versatility is not as easy as was advertised.

i am very unhappy with the shipping of my order (confirmation SA450447). i specifically chose a 'quick ship' fabrication because it could ship within as little as a week, as i was told in the store. here it is a month after i placed my order and i am still waiting on covers for my seats. everything is sitting in my living room assembled. why didn't it all ship together and why is it taking so long when it was supposed to be 'quick ship?' i have already received two separate shipments of multiple boxes - do you know how time consuming it is to open them all, set everything up, break down the boxes, etc etc - all while trying to work from home? you can understand how annoying it is that after two shipments of multiple boxes, i still do not have my seat covers, right? on top of this, i am now getting the bill for a couch that i still cannot use or sit on because the shipment is incomplete.it is not okay to put your customers through this hassle and just expect them to deal with it. please get back with me and let me know what lovesac will do to make this situation right. i was looking forward to an experience that exceeded my expectations. the NYC Flatiron store and the sales associates did exceed my expectations - i had a wonderful sales experience. but the shipping/fulfillment side of the business did not meet my expectations. this is actually a horrible experience and now i am just sorry that I went through all this trouble. i could have already had a couch from another retailer weeks ago and with far less hassle. and i definitely would not have been receiving a bill for a couch i dont yet already have in my possession. i emailed customer service three days ago and received no response. and when i called, the customer service agent didn’t seem to know what was going on. i’m so disappointed.

Visited Manhattan showroom at 927 Broadway to determine whether I actually wanted to spend so much money on a couch. Had the good luck to be helped by Dianndra. She was super knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions, made good suggestions for my space and took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed without the slightest bit of pressure or impatience. Spent well over an hour with my friend and I. And by the time we were done, she had decided to purchase a Sac Bundle, and I got the full sactional I was dreaming of for my new apartment! I have yet to have the pleasure of using it there but am certain it will be the best couch I have ever owned after testing it out in the showroom. And after all the pandemic lockdown, it was wonderful to be engaged with in person with such a professional and pleasant person as Dianndra. Well worth the effort. I worked with Dianndra at the Flatiron location and she was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole end-to-end experience the highlight of my day. I knew how many pieces and what kind of pieces I wanted, but I wasn't sure about the fabric. Dianndra showed me all of the options, walked me through a demo so I can get a hands-on feel for how heavy and easy it is to maneuver the pieces. We also went through every type of fabric to find one that matched my decor and wouldn't get destroyed by my cat. Every time I had a question, Dianndra was super helpful and if she didn't immediately know she noted it to check for me (like if the warranty includes pet damage). The whole time I was in the store it felt like I was hanging out with a friend vs being sold a couch :)She was very thoughtful and considerate about COVID precautions, and made sure that everything I touched had been sanitized first. Dianndra also made sure that all of the information was packaged neatly for me over email, including screenshots where there wasn't an option to mail directly to me.I walked out a happy customer and new owner of a Sactional couch!

The knowledge, the commitment to customer satisfaction, the concern for customer safety in the store, the playfulness, the humor, the flexibility! The NYC LoveSac showroom was an amazing experience. Addison (Asst. Manager) was so knowledgeable about every product and was extremely helpful in selecting exactly what I wanted for my space. I went in knowing virtually nothing about the Sactionals, and ended up purchasing a 4 seat/5 side combo, for which I am so excited!! Both Addison and Trent answered all of my questions and were so patient with me during the process. I highly recommend visiting this Showroom to purchase your LoveSac products— the experience will not disappoint!

Dee was amazing. She was very upfront and descriptive. She knew everything about the product and ran us through every possibility based on our space. Also was super friendly. I’ll be recommending the store to anyone who needs a couch.
