Cute store, cute clothes, terrible employees. They hid in the back the entire time I was in the store, despite multiple other people being in there also needing help. I had to literally go into the back of the store (through the doorway, near the cash register) to get one of them to even look at me. Two of the girls who helped me were rude and overall condescending, while the other pretty much ran away as soon as I came up to them. I spent over $700 at the store, yet the entire time I was making my purchase, rather than talking to me, the sales associates spoke only to each other about their evening plans. For such an expensive store, it was a terrible experience. I'd also like to add that the in-person store only carries sizes 0-6 on the floor, anything else is either in the back or has to be ordered online. The entire experience left me incredibly disappointed, and it is unlikely I will be shopping here again, despite their cute clothes.

It is a store on Bleecker Street at Greenwich Village that is the first store of this particular brand.

When I first went into the store, I was impressed by the clothes. Sadly, the customer service is horrible. The atmosphere was awful. This has nothing to do with a personal opinion. This is about a non existent professionality!

Worst customer service of my life. Don’t get me wrong, I love loveshack, their clothes are amazing quality and so cute. However, the customer store at this location is just lacking. The London store, for example, has amazing customer service. The Bleecker Street location should take that one as an example.

This is the flagship for LoveShackFancy. The store is so well decorated! I’m a fanatic of the brand, and their clothes are the best. However, I’m giving this location four instead of five stars because nothing here is on sale.

Store Associates look @ you (without ever really actually seeing you) and decide whether you can Afford the store and Belong there or not. There is No Greeting If You Appear "Different" as there is a Lack of Acknowledgement that you are even in Their Space...bec, like, You Don't Deserve It?If you are Overtly Ethnic in Appearance+ Body Type/ Shape, over a Size 8, Tattooed, etc. and Do Not "Fit" in any way you will be Dismissed & Dissed, Overtly, without a single Word or nasty look but via Simply The Vibe (Reserved Exclusively For YOU even if you have $5,000+ to Spend.)(BUT Somebody Like YOU Couldn't Possibly Have Even $500 to blow, Right?)(Ain't No Love HERE Unless You're Of Their Tribe. They Gather Near The Front of The Store to Ignore & Judge. You will feel Ice @ the nape of your neck As They Smile In Deference To Others Who Do Not Look Like You.)✌️

I adore this store! They have a great selection for a boutique in the village, and the associates (huge huge shoutout to Hailey and Madeline who were such sweet + helpful star girls!! ??) are fabulous — suggesting pieces, going out of their way to find sizes, all the stuff that makes shopping in person better. I’ll definitely be back!

The women who work at the West Village store are incredible. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and have an eye for putting pieces together. The clothes are, of course, beautiful and unique, but the experience of shopping at the West Village store was particularly amazing.

The products are high quality and the staff is super friendly. Adila answered all the questions we had and we never felt pressured to buy. Will be coming again!

I have many LoveShackFancy things, purchased online. I'd never visited the store. I can tell you I won't be buying anymore. Had a horrible experience at this store, twice. I'm 5ft and thin (would think meet my physique they design for) but maybe not the right race or didn't apper to be of money because I didn't receive the same attention other ladies in the store. Both Madeline and Adila appeared to be under the influence of something, slurring their words, and stumbling through their work. It was soooo odd. I left there feeling confused as to the experience I'd just had. I purchased 3 pair of shoes and wish I hadn't. They couldn't find the box for one pair and sold it to me that way.

Advise readers to check For Love and Lemons, English Factory and Endless Rose first if you want the " whole package" in terms of beautiful aesthetics, comfortable clothing and attentive customer service. My guess is that Rebecca Hessel Cohen has no idea that her company's reputation is suffering at the hands of her customer service. LSF can't return a polite email? Make that 4. No return phone calls either. Has happened to me on two separate occasions, months apart. And based on what I am reading here, the brick and mortar employees are even worse! Most people don't take the time to write a review either. They just don't return. With the ongoing expansion of an exceptional company like LSF, never forget who you are serving, especially at this price point. Rebecca Cohen is a superb designer. Her artistry and aesthetic are unmatched. But some kind of company intervention and customer service training is needed stat. The incorporation of a Nordstrom customer service model would be ideal. What a boon for the company that would be. But...at the very least, could they get their customer service up to Target or WalMart speed? I am almost embarrassed for the owner. In what world has a company not prioritized customer service...and still succeeded? At this rate, LSF will probably be no more in 5 years. Which is so unfortunate because LSF clothes and decor, though pricey, are actually unique and quite beautiful.

Went to sample sale in nyc. This was the first time I had ever seen LoveShackFancy clothes in person. I was shocked to see they were made in China and charging retail over $500 for address! To be honest the quality is poor and looked like a forever 21 Knock off. I shop in Europe regularly and there is no comparison to the quality of material you get there compared to LoveShackFancy and the price is way more reasonable! It's robbery.
