We had a great experience here! My husband and I just moved to NYC a few days ago and came here for a couch for our very empty apartment. The staff was very welcoming and helped us choose a couch within our budget with the qualities we were looking for from a catalog, and said that we could have it delivered by the following day. They delivered it as promised the next day, and we're really happy with it. Would recommend.

Worse experience ever, took my money 2 moths ago , still hasn't delivered all of the items paid for and financed. Does not return calls. RUN FAST AWAY FROM THIS HEADACHE!!!!

Awesome little spot. We went there looking for a couch, and 3 visits later we have a couch, a cow hide rug, an orange stool, an ottoman, and a pouf.

Don’t buy from this store .....I came in on Thursday the 27th of September to purchase a canopy bed the guy Luis told me that my bed will come in by the next day which is Friday the 28th from 5pm-8pm, Friday came I called asking what time was my bed going to arrive the lady told me I’m sorry but it won’t come in today I will make sure it arrives tomorrow Saturday the 29th of September around 10:30am long story short the bed never made it to my apartment. The lady was rude done hung up on my face and left me on hold ...this place is veryyyyy unprofessional I will never buy here again and will never recommend this store to anyone

So I had a bad experience with stunning furniture, and my brother had purchased two items from this company them with no issues. The owner was nice enough and I looked through many books and chose the bed I wanted (this was in August) there was no follow up, Ihad to call visit and even send my friend to find out the status of my bed. My bed do not come until December and it was the wrong bed! I asked about returning it and they said it was special order. She did offer to order another bed for me but at this point I was done. Furthermore upon my next visit I notice signs all over stating no exchange or return for special order 5-15 days. I wanted to make a fuss like my order took 90 days dammit. Very nice people, poor professionalism. I will be going to Macy's and/ or a chain store with a real return policy.

Everything or most of the things that I have purchased here are a hundred percent quality. And the service. Nelly, Luis and Juan gave us was superb can't wait to finish paying so I'm going for a big TV and other things I love it I love this place if you want quality this is where you should go they I have very good stuff a lot of people complain about the prices but you know what ....if you want good stuff and stuff that's last and furniture that last it's the best place to go honestly a few of my neighbors and my family had purchase furniture from him and they still have it after after a few years good quality Furniture with a smile cash or credit they are here to help

This vendor talks w/ two tongues...Luis and his wife are not honest or reliable individuals...my past experiences w/the vendor left me quite distraught...I purchased 2 piece of leather furniture from him...prior to getting the furniture delivered which was an all day process & btw the store is actually 1 block from my residence. He gave all kinds of excuses to when the furniture wld be delivered. Luis was not knowledgeable abt the name of the manufacturer in which the furniture I was purchasing name (red flag)...I found the name of the manufacturer after the fact & they were selling the exact same furniture for $1,320.00 less; he charge me $3,600 & that was w/out taxes. People be very aware of this vendor...we customers up in Harlem keeps his doors open...& he in turns nickel & dime those that patronage his establishment. When purchasing any items from Luis Furniture in all his locations...found out who's the manufacturer & please please please compare prices prior to purchasing anything & I mean anything from his establishment...

Very dishonest people . They sell cheap broken furniture and refuse to exchange it. I bought an expensive mattress and delivered cheap ripped mattress. NEVER EVER BUY FURNITURE

HORRIBLE SERVICE .. you buy what u want and when they deliver to you it's somethibg different! takes them weeks to bring you your furniture ! Don't come here because you will rememeber this post .. I would give no stars really! If Nelly helps you forget about it your doomed. These people are Equadorian scammers!!
