Best service I’ve received in a long time! Thank you Ishy for your patience and expertise.I stopped wearing makeup a long time ago and just wanted a new lip look, she approached with a smile and very ready to help. She answered all my questions and tried the 2 different lip looks on me.I appreciate her not product pushing and leaving the choice ultimately up to me. She also helped my mom find something to give her the look she wanted to achieve.Ishy is super talented and I’m glad I met her! This is the Macys counter at the lower level( where all the handbags are). It’s very rare to have such a pleasant shopping experience without feeling rushed.Definitely go here for all your makeup needs ?

I was just there on Friday looking for a new lip color and getting another concealer palette. This one employee asked if I needed anything and I said no. Then that same employee said I needed to do something about my under eyes. I said it was genetics and continued shopping. This employee was still following me through out the store.. I politely asked him to leave me alone I’m feeling uncomfortable and he just looks at me. I walk over to pick up the concealer palette that I originally came for then he comes up behind me again. I leave. I send my best friend who is white to get the things for me but she was not being followed or harassed in the store. I understand that I am a black woman but my goodness at least be discreet about it. This is ridicules

Went here with my friend who was trading in her recyclables for a free lipstick. Johnathan was so helpful and patient helping her pick out her lipstick! Amazing customer service!

Needed a new foundation and my girlfriend was helping me match the color since I have discoloration from eczema on my forehead. This worker decided to step into help and was insisting that the color doesn't match my skin, it's too dark, etc. i told her it was fine and she refused, so she got involved and had me try 3 or 4 different foundations that were EXTREMELY light. She knows I'm going to be on camera for a music video, would make comments about how the camera doesn't lie (I'm a photographer) and said "if you wanna look Orange on your music video then okay." At the end, she pointed at my eczema and said this doesn't match, i corrected her and said my skin is dry and pink BECAUSE i have eczema and I'm trying to hide it. I told her I'm still going with my first option. And she was extremely rude and upset. She said how i need my receipt because it's not the right color and when I want to come return it I'll have my receipt on me. Very disrespectful and passive with the comments she made and she doesn't know my skin condition nor did we ask for her help at all. I understand it's their job to help if needed, but she was NOT needed. She felt the need to be right so badly and made the experience so discouraging to ever come back.

My 94 year old mom left her cellphone at Macy’s flower show yesterday. We figured that out today and tried to reach someone at the store all afternoon. I drove from my home in NJ tonight to search. Register by register we went until finally two angels at the MAC counter helped us find the phone. Impossible mission was accomplished!! Thank you to everyone who helped us out today, specially our two angels.

Very bad experience , I was there yesterday , the staff very unprofessional , I was served by a girl named Tamika , she was rude and had too much attitude. I ask to one of the other girls for the manager she pretended to be one of the managers and told me the manager was out for lunch ?.If you want buy Mac products please go to another store this one is full of people who doesn’t want to work but stay shilling and gossip instead of offering a good service to customers
