Amazing service!!! Aaron and the staff at Manhattan Alignment & Diagnostic Center had made my experience in dealing with car maintenance a breeze. The team was understanding and easy to work with. Additionally, Aaron was honest and straightforward with costs and reality of the situation I faced with my cars maintenance. If you are in the city and need any level of repair, I can’t recommend them enough!!

I rarely drive into the city but was in the city one day and my car started to overheat. I came across Manhattan Alignment & Diagnostic Center and was met by Aaron upon my arrival. He was very friendly and quick to help me out in my time of need and panic. He got his guys to look at my car, diagnose my problem and come back to me with my best options going forward. Aaron was such a big help and really eased my panic at the moment. In the past, I have dealt with mechanics who in my opinion would have taken advantage of the situation I was in but not this place. I would return here for all my auto needs and recommend their services to family and friends.Service: Electrical repair

They stand by their work! A rare thing these days. They did my brakes and rotors a few months ago. The other day I brought the car in for something else and mentioned that the brakes were pulsing again like they were before the new rotors were put in. Aaron said we'll replace them as they are guaranteed. And they did! Terrific!

I took my brand new out of the dealership Audi A6 Allroad to the shop for its first NYS safety inspection. Fast professional friendly and informative service. The techs are great, knowledgeable and the shop is clean. i'll be back every time i need to renew the inspection. Great, honest service & shop.
