Facility was dark and office closed when I came to setup but central office was super helpful in getting a manager back to check me in on a snow day. Thanks so much to everyone for thinking quickly and getting my space ready despite the snow & ice.

I closed out my storage unit and it couldn't have been easier. By sheer coincidence, Tony helped me rent my unit3 years ago, and he helped to close out my account! He was really helpful and there were no unexpected charges. I was in and out in 10 minutes. If I have storage needs in the future, will def go back/ask for Tony.
