Andrew at the 17tb st location is AMAZING! I was moving out of my storage unit as I am relocating to the West Coast and he was SO KIND and helpful and was went above and beyond. I really did not expect such great customer service when booking a last-minute storage unit! Huge shoutout to Mary who helped me with booking my unit on the phone and to Jorrel who helped me check in upon arrival! Everything was super easy and straightforward!
