Marc Jacobs really needs to work on their customer service. They're extremely rude. And don't care about their customers. You would think after spending the money we're spending, they'd be a little nicer. It's ridiculous the attitudes the customer service has, like they hate their job. Not willing to help the customer. And that's after going above to like 2 managers. Hoping my problem was going to be solved. I will never purchase anything from Marc Jacobs again. I wonder if THE MARC JACOBS actually knows how his business is being ran.

For this brand to have such a huge corporation and poor customer service and a terrible return policy is ashamed! I returned my merchandise June 23rd received by a Taylor tomorrow is July 5th still no refunds on top of that I called to see what was the hold up on my refund and the uneducated customer service representative told me they just processed my order on June 28th and it is going to take 10 more business days to get my refund lol but my package got to them in one day but taking a month to just refund me! This math isn’t mathing with me, I will never order from here again and I’m going to return the rest of my items summer will be over by the time my refund is processed. Horrible company

Marc Jacobs debited and unauthorized transaction on my account. Their customer service is clueless and will not take responsibility for their error. I have all the proof and keep getting the runaround from this company. Marc Jacobs does not value its customers. This has been a nightmare and now my account is overdrawn and I cannot pay my other bills due to Marc Jacobs making this unauthorized charge to my account and taking responsibility for it!! I have reported your company to the BBB and gave reviews about this situation on all social media platforms.
