Dave did my helix piercing and it was quick and painless. He made sure I liked the spot he was about to pierce and gave me very detailed after care instructions as well. I'm just in NY for vacation but would come back here again. Great service and the earrings are really nice!

I had a great experience here. I was helped by Tanja at the counter with four different pieces and then Ashley placed them in my existing ear piercings. Great time. Very clean. It's not a big shop so I could see on weekends it being busy and if you need a new piercing - make an appointment

I went to the NYC store today to get 2 piercings. I made an appointment & arrived 20 minutes early. I picked out my jewelry and then waited over an hour to get pierced. The staff noticed & kindly refunded the piercing fees due to the wait time. Gabe did my piercings & he did a great job! I would recommend!
