I live in Iowa and my girlfriend lives in New York, so I wanted to surprise her with a bouquet for Valentine’s Day at her work before I got there. The bouquet was beautiful and the perfect mix of tulips/carnations/etc. which are her favorite. The only hiccup that happened was that the additional box of chocolates that I purchased was not delivered with the order (they probably have a billion orders on Valentines Day, so it’s totally understandable), but they quickly refunded the box and gave me my money back. I highly recommend Matles and will continue to purchase bouquets through them for all of the special days in the future!

I don't often have the chance to send flowers to a friend (Tony® Award-winning, Emmy® nominated actress), so I was hoping to find a florist I could trust. Matles Florist really came through, delivering a beautiful arrangement to her dressing room exactly when they said they would. She was delighted. This is a florist with high standards, and I will definitely order from them again.

I want to share that when I was unhappy the owner called me and sent a new flower arrangement that we were happy with. Thank you for making us happy! Sometimes businesses can make mistakes we are all human, but when they make it right you want to support them. So support Matles Florist.

I spent $169. and the flower arrangement was definitely did not cost that. Be careful and always ask receiver to send you a picture of the flowers they received.

My wife was on vacation with her family and wanted to give her a present. They made it easy to deliver it the same day and no issues as I had with other shops. So happy she got it so fast and obviously the flowers were beautiful. Highly recommended. Thanks guys so much.

My husband and I are from out-of-town and had our wedding in NYC and were a bit nervous about everything coming together, but Yossi made everything happen and is truly the best! Matle's is wonderful at communicating and truly listening to what you want as a customer. The quality of the flowers were AMAZING - beyondd my expectations. My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer so I could use Matle's for all my floral needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

My daughter was returning home from major surgery, and I want her to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers on her windowsill. I found exactly what I was looking for a Matles's website. When I spoke to the sales person, I was told that that particular arrangement could not be replicated since the number of the flowers were not in bloom at this time. To keep the arrangement in the same spirit, we discussed what alternative flowers could be used. My daughter was getting home this morning and before she got there, the flowers were already on her windowsill. The only hangup was the fact that I had lost my wallet two days before and had yet to receive replacements. So I couldn't pay with a credit card. I asked if they accepted Venmo and indeed they do. The problem came when I saw the debit on my Venmo account, but on the Matles side, no payment has been received. It turned out that I had been given the wrong Venmo account number. Once that was rectified, I was able to make the payment. Unfortunately, on my end, I made the payment twice. So now I had three debits. The first one that never went through, followed by two duplicate debits that we received. It took no time for Venmo to cancel the initial mistaken account payment. On the other hand, Yossi, who at that point was on the road driving home, told me that he would refund the second duplicate payment. And in no time I was resolved. I expect snafus like this to happen on a regular basis. But what I was most impressed by was Yossi's cconcern to make it all right as quickly as possible. Kudos to his and his employee's willingness and ability to make things, right. I just got a message that the arrangement is now sitting beautifully on my daughter's windowsill. So I guess I would add that a measure of a company's service is not just when everything goes right, but also when things don't go right and the issue is quickly and confidently resolved!

Flowers were not delivered before 1 PM, despite the fact that I paid $15 extra. The flowers were not even delivered the same day that they were ordered. the flowers were received the next afternoon, were not very fresh looking, and they were not the largest bouquet that I had requested and paid for. I am not sure that I would use Teleflora again, and if I did, I would tell them not to use this florist. The experience was unpleasant, spoiled a special homecoming, and overall was awful. Buyer beware. Reply to florist: the flowers were ordered through Teleflora and through your florist. Please do not try to minimize the bad service and awful flowers that were received a day late. Your comment that I was using a third-party deliver is absolutely inaccurate. The order was placed through Teleflora and you were the florist. They used no one else to deliver those flowers but you. I find your comments disturbing, and as bad as the service and flowers that were received. Teleflora sent you the order and the only person that could have used a third-party delivery service would have been you. I did one thing, order the flowers through Teleflora. Once the order was sent to you I was out of it as a customer until they were received a day and a half late, wilted, and now you try to blame it on me and a third-party delivery service. Somehow I am not surprised. I may use Teleflora again, but I will absolutely tell them not to use you as a providing florist. It's a shame that you did not except responsibility for what you did wrong, because the only delivery involved was you and the only person that could have used a third-party deliver was you. I ordered from Teleflora, they sent the order to you, you then had the responsibility of sending it, and if it was wrong, you should've excepted responsibility for that and made a special effort to fix it. Shame on you. Once again, you ruined something that was supposed to be very special and I would suggest anybody to beware of using your florist.

Shop local! The product is better, the price is the same, and it keeps the money in the community. The flowers were beautiful. They made a brand-new Broadway actress very happy. :-)

The flowers were arranged beautifully and the man who arranged my flowers was very kind and helpful. There was an odd woman who came in while I was waiting for my bouquet to be put together complaining that Whole Foods had cheaper flowers. If you want cheap flowers, sure go to Whole Foods. But if you want excellent quality flowers arranged for you, the prices at Matles Florist are exactly what they should be and you get to support a local business. I’ll definitely be back.
