Beatrice is the Queen Bee in that store. She's loving, patient and attentive to your needs. She's warm, friendly and very welcoming, puts you at ease and not over powering. She makes suggestions but mainly lets you decide. SHE'S AWESOME!!!!

Beatrice is the best. Never, ever lose her. She sold us a mattress mo ths ago, we came back and bought an adjustable bed base from her for another bed. A huge asset to your company. Personable, professional, perfect.

I was helped by two very courteous and thoughtful young salesman! George found exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. The first young man was so supportive! I think his name may have been Sean but he pointed in the right direction. He was never pushy and was so patient with this old man! Yes, I would recommend all of my friends to visit and shop at this store on Columbus Avenue

Bought a mattress that I was told would arrive on July 11th. It's July 17th and it still hasn't arrived and the tracking number says no delivery date available. I've been sleeping on an air mattress for a week
