Franco at MB Manhattan is always very helpful. He assisted with a key replacement and kept me informed throughout the process. He goes the extra mile to get things done for me and that is why I return for cars and service. I have seen him with other customers in the service department and it appears to be the same. He is just a decent caring person and I can rely on him.

I had the best experience at Mercedes Manhattan with Lidia and Scott. Starting with Lidia, as the sales associate I was assigned to she was immediately kind and warm. Her professionalism and the ability to relate to me as a client was so comforting! Lidia was knowledgeable and informative in regards to any questions or concerns I had. With this being my first purchase from a dealership she made this purchase seamless and without any worry on my end. Lidia is nothing short of amazing and I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves at Mercedes Manhattan . Now Scott, he mad sure I left his office with the comfort of knowing my new purchase was protected. Extremely kind, professional and funny to be honest . Amazing personality and again like Lidia no expression of pressure simply just informative. I can say from the greeting to my exit Mercedes Manhattan has it in the bag. Your staff is amazing, everyone I came into contact with was professional, punctual and friendly. Again, I have to stress how amazing Lidia and Scott were. Mike my sales person awesome and entire staff! I would definitely be back. They treated me and my family with so much attention and care. Romano from the parts department introduce me to Mike and staff. I been buying parts from Romano and Al for years for my company Hugo auto repair …they always go out of their way to make me feel at home and service parts for my company . I would give them a ten star rating if possible.

Firstly I’ve had a lot of experiences with dealers all over the country but I’m super impressed by the efficiency and best deal I was presented by Mercedes of Manhattan without any games. The process was as quick as three emails with my consultant Mario Hernandez who made this fast, seamless and exactly what I wanted. Than I came in and signed all the paperwork and left with my new 2023 Mercedes C300 4matic which is an amazing automobile. This had to be the best dealership lease experience I’ve had over the past 20 years. Highly recommend you all go see Mario, great attitude and fast communication with the best lease deal upfront. Also he speaks Spanish for those Habla Espanol! Go get your dream car at Mercedes Benz of Manhattan and go see my guy Mario. You will not be displeased.

*** Although my initial experience was good my follow up interactions have not been. This dealership has made no effort to refund my cancelled warranty policy. Buyers beware! They do not honor their own written contracts!! ***Mike Giordano was a pleasure to work with on the purchase of my new car! Wonderful experience!

Had a wonderful experience here with our purchase. All of the staff are a pleasure to work with. Our sales representative Mike Giordano is absolutely fantastic - got our car ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived, explained everything including pricing and fees clearly and honestly, even included complementary items for us without us even asking! Trading our car was a breeze. He is such a pleasure to work with. Definitely the best experience we've had buying a car. Highly recommend this dealership and Mike!

The service area at Mercedes BenB Manhattan is constantly terrible, so much so that I finally felt compelled to write a review about it .After waiting over 6 weeks to make my appointment at Mercedes Benz Manhattan I arrived a few minutes early to discover a very long line of cars for service. After a brief wait of almost 40 minutes I finally made it to the entry point. I was directed to a slot where I waited another brief 20 minutes before a MB Manhattan service agent came to discuss my needs. (He is a gem and be I will write a separate review for him).Tonight I went back to pick up my car and again waited a brief 40 minutes for MB Manhattan to retrieve my car. I got a lot of sorry, more than you could ever want, but this isn't the first, second or third time something like this has happened.Mercedes Benz Manhattan. Get your act together. There is absolutely no excuse for this. You talk about exceeding the industry standard, this doesn't even come close to it.

I’m giving this 5 star review only for Diane Dingler. Diane was the representative who assisted me as my car was being serviced. She was extremely helpful and professional. While I waited in the sales area for my car, I noticed that the staff was not interactive with me while I waited for my car to be serviced. Multiple customers came in after me and were greeted by the staff. It really made me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer. Just imagine waiting for over two hours for your car to be serviced and not one staff member asked “Are you being helped?” or even a simple “Is everything okay?”I appreciate Diane for her great customer service skills & making me feel that I was a valued customer. Diane keeping being great & god bless! Hopefully you’re great energy rubs off on your coworkers!

The Service Department at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan has (at least temporarily) restored my faith in the human species. We were about to leave the city for an hour-long drive with our toddler and accidentally put down the window next to his car seat, which had a window shade stuck to it. The window shade obviously got stuck and the window would not come back up. We got to Mercedes-Benz Manhattan probably 6 minutes before closing time on a Saturday night and, rather than turning us away, they stayed late and fixed our window, asking nothing in return. In a world where most people are shockingly selfish, it was refreshing to deal with people who, even on their way out the door at the end of the week, had nothing but kind words for us. Arielle, in particular, was absolutely fantastic. They truly know what service is all about.

This place is awful.Last year when I brought the car in to have a tire replaced, they brought it up from service with the flat tire still on it. This year I made an appointment for the New York State inspection and they let me come in when their machine was broken. This place is horrible.

Amazing location and even better staff.I had the pleasure of working with Mary after my lease had expired and was planning to finance the car.
