Amanda saves my butt today with the phone transfer I had simple mobile and they had do some upgrade and the phone was acting up as in no phone calls or messages was coming or going so I came to AMANDA THE SAVIOR and she spoke to simple mobile and got the pin number transfer and give me a great deals for both lines so that k you so much...if you need any help MS.AMANDA is fluent in English and in Spanish

An employee named obed sold me a charger and I needed to return within 15 minutes. Obed says they don’t do returns but receipt says different. If they was to watch camera he was on phone while talking with me. I needed to buy phone but obed didn’t care about that, only playing with his phone. Then he called manager and he only spoke in Spanish. What kind of service is this?

Came to the store with a different idea of what it would be, but the guy working here completely changed it in a good way; he guide me through all the options I had and helped me find the best deal for my upgrade.Nice work Obed, keep it up.

The next time there is only one person in the store and shes on lunch at lease put up a sign stating on lunch....rather not have ppl outside the wondering what's going on and plus having attitude when we didnt know different must do better Management

Why doesn’t google let me give more than 5 stars?Because I’m very pleased with the customer service at this location, I’ve been coming here to pay my bills and buy my phones from Obed who’s been the best at giving me options and explaining how everything works. I hate to even give it one star. I came in here recently to purchase a phone but I had a problem with my reciept so I went back for some answers the guy that was working there by the name of OBED attended to me with such a bad disposition an attitude fiscally and verbally abusing me that is unexceptable he was more worried about playing with his phone then woking get it togther Metropcs PLEASE hire people that are more understanding with the clients.

Horrible service. If I could give 0 stars i would. Do not go here, it is not a metro pcs store - it is an authorized dealer for metro pcs and they have the right to charge you double the price for a phone compared to a metro pcs head quarters store. The manager Carlos is extremely rude and has 0 costumer service. His mask does not cover his nose and has a very nasty attitude if you correct him. He will also have you standing there for a long period of time during a pandemic instead of trying to get costumers out as quickly as possible for safety precautions. Go to Metro PCS on 125th street! Cheaper prices and great costumer service.
