I went there to get a new line. The woman that helped me, was in her phone doing something while helping me, forgot to give me my PIN, did not set up a security questions, did nothing. Only charged my card. Not even asked for my zip code. Now I’m trying to log in into my new account and can’t because I don’t have any information.
Also, the delivery guy was throwing the boxes around, doing so much noise and talking to the lady that was “helping” me.
Very unprofessional! I know New York City, specially near Times Square, people don’t have manners , not even with clients… but this was ridiculous!

I called the store at 10:24am on a Wednesday morning. I tell the person who answered the phone that I have a few questions. I’m told, and not pleasantly, that the store is full so I should call back. Full? 24 minutes after you opened on a Wednesday morning with no new phone releases? Yeah, ok.

Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful, BUT I wasn't told that I had to buy a charger (wall). I had to go back to the store to get one.

Terrible service from those who work there, they told me to come back the next day to pay because they didn't have a system and it wasn't going to arrive. I told him if there was another store nearby and he told me no and that there were 15 minutes left before closing, I should leave. I changed companies VERZION better
