Samuel, as they say out there, appearances are deceiving. When I walked through that door I thought I saw an honest person but I realized that regardless of the address of the metropcs store there is a risk of finding people without values. Although I told you over and over that I wasn't interested in any type of insurance, you added it, I also told you repeatedly that the plan I wanted was the $50 plan. You did the opposite and put in the $40 plan, and added the $11 insurance that I repeatedly told you i didn't want. I hope that you take advantage of the bonus that they are going to give you for adding the insurance that the client does not ask for and does not need.

Let me just say this store supposed to be a corporate store and they won't even operate like one the girls in the store always have attitudes when you walk in they are never smiling my husband and I went in here today to purchase two iPhone 6S for $49 each and they didn't even have them in stock because Mario said that Apple did not send any to the store so we left and went to the store for the down the block on Amsterdam which is not a corporate store that fool tried to hit our heads for $193 for two Alcatel phones which was supposed to be $29 I don't know why MetroPCS advertise phones when they have hidden taxes I would never consider this company again you guys suck we didn't even pay you guys money and the guy at the store on Amsterdam ported our Numbers over and we walked out the store and put it on number back over to boost and got better deals with the Samsung phone

Pleasant experience when open, but the opens late cs advertised time. Twice I have spent 30 minutes plus waiting outside the door for the staff to come and open the store. Definitely not something you expect from any Manhattan store. Quite disappointed.

At first I was upset because the S7 I bought was having problems, but I went back two days later and the manager, John, was SUPER awesome about it. Got me a new S7 and didn't charge the phone change fee.

Great experience and customer service with very cheap prices
