I left because they have the worse customer service. The times I went in there they will be talking, laughing on the phone on personal call. I switch to a different carrier and Metro charge me for the month and I switched a week before my payment due and they would not reimburse me.

The worst Store ever their Customer Service is very Bad The manager was on the phone when my Aunt was trying to get help from him he was on Facebook or Instagram they don’t tell you about their promotions they don’t speak English none of them they don’t even have an Interpreter to help with Communication.This Store is Horrible!! Don’t go there go to the other Metro PCS in the Area ???

I am still on the premises, but so impressed with the options and moreover, the service! Kyle is the bestest!!!!!!!!!!!I needed a secondary phone line, and this young man was so patient, pleasant, thorough in his explanations regarding plans/options.Kudos!

8-26-2019 I came to this Metro PCS at 6pm to get service, Customer service is Horrible first I brought four unlocked Iphones one of the Associate say she could not Activate my Iphones I ask the other Associate to check one of the Iphones and she did and it work .I was able to connect all iphones,but three of the iphones did not work until 10pm when I call Metro PCS Customer Service the Associates put the sim cards mixed up on the Iphones ,one of the Associate was very helpful the other was very lazy laid back.I ask them if they have any promotion they said No.I check the Iphones Metro PCS had on Promotion if you from change another carrier which I did so I went the next day on 8-27-2019 The Manager was too busy on Facebook to take care of me and the Associate refused to give me the promotion on the iphone 7 and the Associate was too lazy to help me and refused.They are very Lazy don't come to this place you won't help you the right way!

When you decide to open a new account on this metropcs location be very carful they might add things to your plan than you do not need like insure . My bad experience at this location was than the lady add a type of insures than i did ask or need The paper receipt did not specified for what i paid

Most service reps at Metro pcs are rude and brutish. Mabel is friendly, very professional, and has integrity. I tried telling her Manager but he ignored me.
